Cons: The couch is situated against the same wall as the TV is mounted on facing the opposite wall. Therefore one cannot watch TV sitting on the couch which really makes no sense at all, other than that which was very annoying, the rooms were beautifully furnished.

Cons: The management was terrible, I was double charged by the Hotel and ended up getting stuck in Atlanta and missing 2 days of work, which were 2 days I didnt get paid for. Overall it was a really stressful and bad experience.

Cons: Peeling wallpaper, Horrible view, Slow drains. The valet takes an hour to do anything. Then they get lazy and just park your car on the street. I can do that for free.

Cons: No pool or jacuzzi. Or free breakfast

Cons: Room was tight. The did not take the effort to find my marriott rewards number ( did not have with me). would not consider an upgrade evin if I paid because I booked with this site.

Cons: The traffic at the front was a bit much, but the Valets manage it extremely well. The Valets are the best I have ever seen.

Cons: I mistakenly booked a reservation here and called 10 mins later to cancel. I was told on the phone that I would not be charged anything for the cancellation but was charged $224 for not staying there. I understand cancellation fees but don't make promises you won't keep.

Cons: The pillowcase had remnants of apparent eye makeup, there was no "smart" TV to access any streaming services, the room service food was average and overpriced for its quality.

Cons: Location! We arrived at 12:30 AM. Circled the block for over an hour trying to find the hotel. Stopped at three other hotels that didn't know where it was either. Finally saw the marquis high on the building. There was construction around the front entrance and absolutely no identifying signs at street level.

Cons: It was in the middle of downtown so expect there to be noise at night which is normal for a big downtown city!

Cons: I have al positive things to say about the hotel.

Cons: The bed was a bit uncomfortable. For a queen size, it seemed a bit small. Upgrading the mattresses in this location would take it to the next level of comfort.

Cons: The "historic" feel of the lobby and building is charming, but the actual rooms are simply old, tired, and somewhat dirty.

Cons: Poor/few TV choices, expensive rooms for the size.

Cons: Although I was excited to be staying at a historical hotel, I wasn't expecting my room to be so historic. The bed linens were pilled, the bathrooms were dated and tiles cracked, the remote was sticky (as in the buttons wouldn't work and there was candy stuck on it), there was an odor to the room (fixed temporarily by febreeze I purchased), stains on the carpet and chair, the tissues were re-stuffed into the box., the toilet paper was not fresh, you can hear everyone else flushing and showering, lamps that had blown... The room aside, I thought I would at least be won over with southern charm, but I got better service at the Chick-fil-A. All of my calls to the front desk went to voicemail where my messages were never responded to, even in person questions asked at the front desk weren't responded to, and when asked for recommendations was either sent to a salon where I wouldn't even send my dearest enemy or was given none at all. Thank goodness for Yelp. The outside is still beautiful and charming, although the cleanliness level of the hotel steered me away from trying their restaurant, I would say lunch on their patio would be the best way to experience the hotel where the Gone With the Wind premiere was held - and stay elsewhere.

Cons: did not get room type requested. room poorly furnished, no refrigerator as promised, no king bed as promised. very disappointed

Cons: Its just need remodeling and make the rooms bigger!!!

Cons: There were stains on the carpet not only in the hallway leading to the room, but all over the carpet in the room itself. And don't even think of trying to sleep in or just relax after 9. They are in the midst of renovations, and the constant jack hammering, or whatever tool they were using will reverberate into your room. You can cover the noise by turning the tv up loud, but that defeats the purpose of trying to relax.

Cons: Room was worn. For $200 a night, I expect furniture that is unscratched and a bathroom free of rusty hinges and moldy silicone.

Cons: our friends got super huge spacious rooms with suites and KITCHENS!!! We asked for an upgrade and had a small room way way down the hall and around the corner, what is up with that?? No one answers the phones - called room service, front desk, conceirge, and the operator---VERY ANNOYING THAT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER REPEATED PHONE CALLS will not stay here again..,.,

Cons: Didn't use the kitchen area but the drawers were coming apart. Ultra cheap cabinets showing poor management decision.

Cons: I was given the wrong room not the one that was ordered

Cons: The quality of hotel. Outdated, shower didn't work, lost reservation.

Cons: There is a full kitchen but no dishes, glasses, pots or pans. The shower curtain wasn't functional so water got all over the floor. Wish there has been extra blankets. I wanted to watch a movie on the couch but could not get comfortable. TV channels were limited.

Cons: When it was time to get my car the valet did not provide clear communication. There was a crowd because the hotel was having an event and it was raining. He took my card and never said anything else or what to expect.

Cons: The bathtub would not drain. Very gross.

Cons: Room was very dusty! Bathroom fixtures were all loose. Bathtub did not drain properly. Room door was coming off the hinges.

Cons: Room very small, paint peeling in all rooms, looked dirty. By vent towel with plastic bag taped to it.

Cons: Although the valet guys were really nice, they did get pen on my leather seats. the room didn't have a fridge.

Cons: Room,mainly the bathroom was horrible! Grout missing, mold on shower curtain. Disgusting.

Cons: The hotel was looked worn and rather unclean. The rooms were cramped. My TV did not work. After 3 attempts by the staff to make it right (and two comps on my bill) they move us to a different room. The staff did everything on their power to make it right for us, but I think they were handicapped by the facilities and resources available to them. Hilton needs to make an investment in this facility!
