Miscommunication, reserved a car in town and it was closed by the time we arrived at 4:00 PM. Had to UBER to and from the airport cost $60.00 total. Had to rent a car from the airport which was $350.00 more than what was reserved. Very disappointing that when making the reservation no one told us about them closing at 4:00 PM the same time our flight landedReviewed 2021 Jul 21

The whole process was easy. Wish I’d gotten a vehicle like the one selected though. I selected a Ford Edge and they gave me a Mitsubishi instead. Ver disapp in that brand.Reviewed 2021 Jul 12

Pros:The pick up was not easy, I had to move my trip a day later because there weren't any cars available. When I arrived, the lady had the wrong reservation and I think this because the series of issues that i had.Cons:I waited so long at pick up for the lady to find and clarify my reservation. The rental car was fine. Then when I returned the car the charge was over $100 more. The I wish I was charged the rate service, she not could not help me!!Reviewed 2019 Jun 14

Renting was smooth, no problemsPros:The vehicle we received was clean and ready to go at the appointed time. Gas mileage was much better than our own vehicles.Cons:A couple of features were not on the vehicle that we are used to, such as backup camera. Easy-peasy car rentalPros:Super fast pick up and very simple drop-off. Car immaculately clean, in great condition, with full tank. Pleasant staff. I was able to make sure I received a car that fit me (I am a small person and not all drivers' seats work for me, even among compact sedans).Reviewed 2016 Nov 08
