Pros:I had a big problem in the beginning ... but Sophia (manager in Cedar Rapids) was absolute amazing. She fixed the problem immediately and made me fell much better. I have rented from enterprise many times and she fixed the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her.Cons:Make sure you have plenty of staff in the evening to help with customers. Once again Sophia made this a great experience and I hope she gets a pat on the back on how much I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem.
