Cons:Of the 25 cars I’ve rented so far this year, this was by far the worst vehicle. It had no A/C, the wind leaked through the windows, it was filthy, and was completely stripped down option with 110k kilometers. Pros:Drop off super, super easy. Pick up staff took a time consuming, impolite, hard drive attempt to up sell every single customer. I spent 40 minutes in a line of five people with every cashier counter filled.Cons:More efficient pick up system.Reviewed 2019 May 23

Pros:The staff was fine and pleasant, that wasn’t an issue. The car also drove well and handled Iceland’s roads very well.Cons:At check in I spent about an hour in line. It was ridiculous, way too long, and apparently all too common at this location. I wa furious and could have gone to another rental area off the airport site faster and cheaper. Good experience overallPros:Reasonable rate for Iceland. Good fuel economy and condition of car.Cons:The drop off system was unclear. Should notify ahead that drop site is remote. Also, you leave car while they check fuel and damage and transmit that to staff inside who then clear your account before you shuttle to terminal.Reviewed 2018 Jul 28
