The woman working at the front desk (for the last 15 years) has been sooooo friendly and accommodating. It was an uncomplicated rental process--I got off the plane, went to the desk, went thru the form process easily, picked up my wheels and headed to my destination. Early,early morning drop-off was just as quick and uncomplicated. The car--a Nissan Altima--was clean, peppy. Budget Peoria Airport is def. the "go-to" for rentals!Reviewed 2022 Jul 16

Infotainment system didn't work and felt belittledPros:I had a Focus and unbeknownst to me it was a hybrid model. This made for great mileage and saved on the gas expense. Despite being overpriced in my opinion, it was the lowest price that Kayak had available.Cons:The entire infotainment system regularly shut off for the entire trip. While I had declined the Sirius and Navigation, it still made me unable to listen to the radio or CDs. The worker when I picked up the car was pretty condescending in her efforts to try and get me to spend more money. I had a one-way trip of about 600 miles, and I felt like the charge was pretty high for just a 24 hour rental.Reviewed 2018 Aug 01
