Easy to pick up and drop off. My only concern was the front wiper blades were useless as the old rubber had gone hard and the blades just smeared all the dirt and dust all over the screen when I tried to clean the window which wasn't very safe as the visibility was then awful.Reviewed 2026 Jul 26

The pickup process was chaotic. It was written on my booking confirmation (after I completed pre-check in paperwork online) that I would go to the Fastbreak counter to get my car - this was not correct and I almost had to go back to the other check in counter that had a very long line. There was also a quarter tank of gas in the car and I had along trip ahead of me that night so having to stop for gas wasn’t ideal.Reviewed 2026 Jul 25

Received a Jeep Wrangler that had a large spot of bird poop on the passenger seat, rotting food in the center console, sand everywhere, sunscreen on the windshield and two non functional seatbelts in the back (we have 2 kids, so those seats were used). We picked up the car late at night and in the dark, so we didn’t notice much of this till the next day. Gina, the woman at Budget’s local office, gave us a hard time about having not noticed when we picked up the car, told us we could have it cleaned and they’d pay up to a certain amount (which is not what anyone wants to spend their vacation time doing) or drive it 1.5hrs back to the airport location and swap it, possibly, for another Jeep if one was available. This car had close to 50K miles on, was beaten up, terrible suspension, filthy and should not be in the fleet let alone rented out. By far the worst rental experience we’ve ever had, and we rent a lot! Would never go back here and would never recommend this location to anyone.Reviewed 2026 Jul 25

I pre-paid my car rental with Budget, and they charged my card $7,457.87 upon return. I could not get them to reverse the charge after multiple calls. The agent at the return counter called it erroneous after I exhausted all other customer service lines, and said an extra digit had been added. I still did not get the amount credited back and ended up disputing the transaction with my credit card issuer. The 90 minute wait in line at pick-up with only 2 people in front of me was also completely unacceptable, as the agent was not trained or capable to do his job. Never again.Reviewed 2026 Jul 24

Arrived at the pickup location waited 20 minutes in line and then the agent was completely disinterested in providing any kind of customer service. After about 10 minutes she finally told me that they didn’t have any cars available. Approximately 5 minutes later she said she had a car available but not the class I had booked. I booked a SUV and she only had a Camry for the same rate. I accepted the vehicle. Then I went out to the car and the vehicle was disgustingly dirty. Exterior was barely washed but the interior was even worse. Stains all over the seats and horrible smell. The worst part was the registration had expired in 02/2026, this was 07/2026. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. Will never rent with Budget SDF again.Reviewed 2026 Jul 24

Worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. I can’t believe I paid $400 for that. It was over an hour wait standing in line to get the car since there was only 1 employee working while the rest were wandering the garage. Then we were given a less fuel efficient car than we booked with no warning. And the car reeked of weed so bad we were nauseous our entire 2 hour drive. There was also no employee at the gate to let us out so we waited there for another 10 minutes.Reviewed 2026 Jul 24
