Kayak advertised we would get a suv compact. When arrived at budget, they offered a small sedan.we were counting on a small suv. When we told them and showed them what we booked they said it is kayaks fault for misguided customers.Reviewed 2026 Feb 16

I was paying with a debit card, and due to the fact that I didn't have a credit card they charged me an additional $30 per day for insurance. I was not informed before my rental until I was already there.
