The experience was brutal, extremely disorganized, and disrespectful to both customers and employees. I arrived early for my pickup and found a line so long that it extended outside the office . There were only two employees working, and the process was very slow. Customers were being yelled at , and the manager was outside cleaning cars instead of helping move the line. The temperature was around -25°C with the wind chill. I waited in line for 2 hours and didn’t even reach the middle of the line. My feet were so cold that I was no longer able to stand, and I had to leave without a car . There was no proper system in place , no communication, and no concern for customer safety given the extreme weather. I also tried to contact customer service about this situation and was unable to get any help. Because of that, I have opened a dispute with American Express regarding this booking. I have photos documenting the line, the conditions, and the situation at the rental office, and I’m happy to provide them upon request.Reviewed 2026 Feb 12
