I rented through kayak and thought I was getting a caravan. When I picked it up they said they had no vans as they were all in the shop. I was given a huge gmc Yukon Denali Nice car but too big for this grandma to drive and park. I took it but returned it 3 days later for a ford escape which was small. The car was severely damaged by hail at pickup. They tried to charge me $250 for a cleaning fee that once Budget corporate saw the photos showing that it was returned clean, they reversed. Will not be renting from this office again.Reviewed 2026 Apr 20
