Cons:Gas tank was not full when I picked it up, but agent asked me to return full. I did not have time to go in at pick up and ask them to verify that tank was not full. When I told her this upon return, she was surprised. I pointed out I was not asking for a refund, but that the cars are not as ready to be rented as they may be led to believe.Reviewed 2019 Nov 12

SufficientPros:Nothing outstanding, but acceptable service. No wait this time for check out. We selected Budget because it was onsite at the airport, and the car was close to the rental exit from the airport building. Good value for the cost.Cons:In Northern Michigan in ltr November one can expect snow. The cars did not have snow tires and so was unable to get up our driveway to our house, and was a bit stressful to drive with a bit of accumulation on the roads. Inquiring about an upgrade, though, it wiuld have nearly tripled our cost to get a suv with 4w drive!Reviewed 2018 Nov 21
