Car was good but at drop off my brother forgot his sunglasses in the car and it took an hour for us to be assisted at the lost and found in which by the time we were assisted. The lady told us our car was returned 1 hour before we actually returned it. (I have proof I was elsewhere at that time) and that it just was picked up by someone else 5-10 before we got assisted. This was incredibly frustrating because we had called in that we were returning to look for the sunglasses and the car wasn’t held. Also it should not have taken 1 hour for us to be assisted. In which time the car was able to be rented to the next person
The team at National LAX airport was truly amazing, friendly and keen to help and find us the right solution for the extra luggage we had. I don't remember the exact names of the representative but she was really good and helpful.
Great company to rent. They upgraded it to mercedes for free !

I was a little wary about going with a local car rental agency -- I've gotten cars that weren't clean or smelled smoky. Black & White were extremely polite, professional and prompt. I was picked up in an impeccably clean Suburban, and the car I got (Toyota Corolla) was very clean and worked well. As a female, some of these car rental agencies don't feel safe and seem sketchy, but this agency was not one of them. I would 100% recommend them again, and I will definitely see if they have a car for me the next time I need a car from LAX.
