Pros:The staff was friendly and useful.Cons:The car was dirty and smelled bad. We bought clorox wipes to clean some of the dried stains that we found; it helped with the smell. We also kept the windows open as much as possible to let the air circulate. After a couple days, the smell was contained.Reviewed 2019 Aug 17

Pros:The drop was really simple and quick.Cons:There should be a non-diesel option regardless of the car size. When I went to pick up the car, I was told that I would have to pay extra $25 to get a non-diesel car, which was not specified when I was making the reservation.Reviewed 2019 Jul 10
