Pros:the rate was not honored and wanted to triple the cost. the agent claimed a "glitch" in the system had given me that rate and adding 12 hours to it 9 am vs 9 am voided my rateCons:i wish i could had added 12 hours to my reservation without triple the cost. i cancelled and went thru to costco still at a higher rate but lower that this agencyReviewed 2019 Jul 24
