Pickup was very cumbersome. Why do I have to re-give all the same address/phone number/credit card details over the counter that I gave when I made the reservation? The system should have all my details. Just give me the keys. It shouldn't take 15 minutes of back and forth to check each person in. The location was extremely hard to find, inside the hotel. Very little signage around. I had prepaid and when I arrive there were no cars available. I had to ask if they could call another location to see if there was another car for me. (They did. There wasn't.) I waited for them to clean a newly arrived car. There's also no way to contact the location itself rather than the 800 number. I had to return 1.5 weeks early because my father had a medical emergency and the 800 number wouldn't issue me any refund, saying I had to talk to the location itself, which I could never find a number for. I was in the hospital with my dad for 2 weeks and couldn't drive over or spend the time fighting. Crappy service.Budget

I like that the attendant was polite. Price was good for the rental.Cons:
Attendant does not answer the phone. I called at different times on different days, never answered the phone. The attendant left the location to wash a car for an 45 minutes. There is no key drop off at that location. There is no shuttle to the airport that is 1 mi. I will not book w/ budget again.10.0 Wonderful
