Pros: pick up ok, drop off ok
Cons: Spent two days trying to process a simple reservation extension and change of drop off location. Got shuffled from US Headquarters to Spanish reservation desk to local offices. Many calls, many attempts, and they could not figure it out. Promised to call back, nothing. At the end we did not manage.

Cons: Whoever put up the sign for return should be given a reality check. there was a sign but it was on a one way street and was facing the wrong direction. It could only been seen by driving by the entrance and then looking backwards to see it, not something that many people would do. We drove around the block (not easy to do) three times and until my wife got out and circled the block did she see the sign and direct me in. Place the sign so that you can see it while driving by.

Pros: Car was a wreck, clean in the inside but banged up on the outside. I took over 20 pictures to document damage. Then they place 600 euro deposit on our card
Bad service experience
Pros: The car was actually ok.
Cons: I had to wait more than 60 min- to get the car and consequently missed my golf appointment. They did not tell me where to drop the car off. I went to the office but they directed me to the garage where i picked ud the car. They could have told that in advance. Then i HATE, HATE, HATE renting cars online and purchasing some assurance at the same time, but then at the counter I am being told that I have zero insurance and do I want to take that risk? I could potentially go banckrupt if anything happens with the car. Do you know how the locals drive.?? That is the biggest problem when one company is responsible for the sale and another for delivering the car. It is not servie it is pestering the customer. Stop doing it. Try to be rental companies and not insurance companies and change the f.... busines model. It is sick. !!!
Pros: The car, a Yaris, was good.
Cons: The check-in counter was very slow. It was three companies in one office and almost an hour wait on pick-up and drop-off (because we needed to get some money back for returning early).
Car was good, insurance insane.
Pros: Not hard to rent a car, car was in good condition, but the rear seat was very wet.
Cons: The insurance offers. It wasn't clear what was required for insurance in Spain and they just wanted me to pay more than the rental price for insurance that I may not need. There was also a sign on the desk about it being widespread that crooks slash tires on rental cars. Why isn't there a very simple basic insurance that the company already includes in their rental price to protect their customers - they know it's a problem an are making us pay for insurance individually. The insurance is much more than the car rental, anyone renting a car should do just about anything but buy that insurance.
VERY poor signage
Cons: NO SIGN outside building next to Barcelona bus station that Dollar was located within the Hertz/Thrifty location. The ONLY sign at that location was INSIDE and even that is very small. I spent 45 minutes looking for Dollar.
Pros: Everything was ok, i guess. The value for money was good but we rented for 13 days and they gave us a car with 450 km till service check
Cons: They should tell the customers the amount blocked for the car before renting not after ,the adresses of pickup/dropoff should be 100% accurate and they should answer the phone!
