Over ChargedCons:When I booked the car on line, the total cost was 212 ZAR. When I picked the car up, I had to pay 301 ZAR, which included 52.63 ZAR contract fee and they threw in a VAT of 37.05 ZAR. Very disappointed!Reviewed 2017 Oct 16

Cons:Kayak allowed me to reserve a car at 7am. However, when I arrived at the pick-up location, they said the car wouldn't be ready until 9 or 9:30. The agent was pretty rude and said my only options were to wait or take a cab to the airport and pick it up there.Reviewed 2016 Feb 09

Good car, good price but terrible servicePros:The car was new and worked well. And the price was very fair.Cons:The service was terrible at the Cape Town office. When I arrived to pick up the car, there was a line going out the door from the rental office because they did not have any cars at that location. They told me to pay and wait, which I did. After 5 hours of waiting, they tried to give me a worse car than I had paid for. The only way to get the actual car for which I had paid was to come back the next morning, which I unhappily did.Reviewed 2016 Feb 01

Alright until the returnPros:Comfortable carCons:Despite having topped off the tank before returning the vehicle we were charged for an additional 13 liters of petrol. I'm not entirely sure how driving 190 KM in a Chevy Aveo we could have used 38 liters of gas...In the future I am avoiding this company.Reviewed 2016 Jan 25
