Bad pickup - everything else was goodPros:The Value for money (for the car itself) was great. Dropoff was also very fastCons:At the pickup time the car was not available. 5 other consumers also waiting for their cars. Our car arrived after 1,5 hours waiting. Thats very poor!!!Reviewed 2016 Jan 13

Cape Town RentalkPros:Picked up downtown and dropped off at airportCons:Had to go into my home e-mail to print off confirmation as they said LDW insurance was mandatory and they wanted proof i had a contract without taking the insurance. No final paperwork was provided at the airport and I will have to check my credit card receipts to confirm the deposit was refunded.Reviewed 2015 Oct 20
