There had been a major snow storm and they gave me a vehicle with tires so terrible, I called to return the car an hour later. I didn’t get a return phone call that night so returned the car first thing the next morning. The tires were to the point of being dangerous. When I returned the vehicle, one employee walked by the vehicle and exclaimed how bad the tires were. They didn’t have anything in the fleet with tires good enough for me to take so I had to borrow a friends car instead. Snow storms are a common occurrence- it’s December. If your company isn’t willing to have sufficient tires, don’t rent in the winter months.Reviewed 2023 Dec 07

I reserved an economy rental which was a Versa, Spark or similar. When I got there it was going to be an electric vehicle which was fine. I was only renting it for one day (six hours to be exact). The agent told me I had to bring it back full. I questioned how I was going to charge it at the airport. He told me that I would be charged a minimum fee of $35. This did not seem right to me, there is no way to circumvent this charge. I then had to up size to a medium car. When I got to the car, the gas was 3/4 full. They were closing and I had to take it. customer service person was in training so it took a lot longer, would have been better for a senior person to work with him to get it done faster. Manager was a bit blunt and rude, as a one-way fee was added at the counter and not when we made the reservation, which is why we chose dollar instead of another company. we probably would've went with another company closer if they would've just been up front with the fees. Costumer service was fine ,drop off place and pick location a little unconfortable i think is because airport is under contruccion, car was a little durty mechanic job was done with hand marks in the car ceiling,but i have to say we get a brand new car so we dont have to woory about breaking down.Reviewed 2023 Dec 04

Check in line was over an hour when I arrived. Three employees trying to process over 25 waiting people at 10pm.
