They did not honor the price booked through Kayak. They would not change the driver information to my husband and charged us extra for a “new” reservation in his name, as well as dropping off in Milan, which was part of the original reservation.Reviewed 2024 Apr 16

Rental agents very pushy with all the extras that some renters don’t need or desire. I purchased full coverage collision through Kayak for half of what dollar charges, and agents got rude and I was told that with my full coverage damage and collision coverage that I still needed theirs. Finally got them to decline their full coverage and got out of there. They still added pre paid gas charge, which I didn’t need cuz I alway fill the tank when I return rentals. Also this car was dented, scratched, missing hub cap, damage from prior rentals. I took pics., videos, and logged down all damage prior to leaving. In the states, this rental would have been on he auction block last year. Not happy at all with this experience. Will choose another place next time.Reviewed 2024 Apr 15

Never was able to acquire rental car in the chaos of the eclipse. I booked several weeks in advance. They dont offer afterhours pickup. And we're closed on Sunday. Turo is gonna beat all the rental car businesses.Reviewed 2024 Apr 13

We had to rent somewhere else. There was a line that the person in front of me said they had been waiting over an hour in. There was only one person at the counter and over 10 parties in line. They initially claimed that we dropped the car off two full days after we actually did. I was able to get the charges removed, but it was quite a hassle of calling phone numbers and eventually having to drive down to my nearest Dollar location.Reviewed 2024 Apr 13
