I was expecting a "Nissan Versa or similar" , but Dollar put me in a manager's choice vehicle ( despite my protests) - a massive pickup truck that got less than 18 miles a gallon, would not fit in many parking garages, or even in some of the surface Lots. This would have been a great vehicle for towing a fifth wheel, or moving all of your friends in a single trip. But for my business trip, it was ridiculous and I won't be repeating.Reviewed 2025 May 30

Dollar didn't have a car for me when I arrived. They tried REALLY hard to upsell me, but wouldn't give me the car I reserved. Eventually after I raised a big fuss, they magically seemed to have a car.Reviewed 2025 May 23

the car was never reserved, i had to make other last minute arrangements. The company called to tell me they put me on a wait list and would give me a call by 11am, that never happened. Don't take a reservation you can't keep or fulfill, its not too much to ask.Reviewed 2025 May 22

Bad customer service. They tried to get me to upgrade knowing they would give me a free upgrade if I declined because they did not have a vehicle in my level I selected. The clerk also lied about having to buy the toll pass to go into Canada. The toll pass does not operate in Canada.Reviewed 2025 May 15
