Pros:The staff was very nice when we went to pick up our car. The car itself was very clean on the inside and out. It was so easy to pick it up and drop it off at the airport.Cons:Nothing- great service through dollar rental!Reviewed 2021 Apr 05

Cons:I was not informed at the time of reservation that the company requires a credit card, which I do not have. I paid $35 at the time of booking and was no able to recoup that money, could t rent the car and was stranded at the airport!Reviewed 2018 Dec 05

Bad dealPros:Picked up car and representative did not offer EZPass option. I drove through a toll and the EZPass did not register. I called Dollar and the representative suggested I take unlimited tolls when I returned the car. I continued to use the EZPass. When I returned the car Dollar charged me $12.00 per day for four days. I wound up paying $48.00 for about $15.00 in tolls. To add insult to injury the car was pretty dirty and smelled like an ashtray. Bad service, bad advice - terrible deal.
