I will never rent from this company again. They get you in the fine print with their insane insurance requirements, forcing you to purchase their coverage which is 3x the cost of the rental. They are also poorly located about 20 min from the rental car terminal at the airport. When they drop you off, they do not take you to the departures terminal, so you have to take another team.
I didnt get the rental, had a big issue with their upcharge, cancelled and still having an issue with the refund, horrible experience Dont waste your time or money
I never rented the car from them because the price went 3 times more. Very disappointed with the service. I had to get a Uber and was chipper for me than renting the car.
You could make it crystal clear that you don't accept AMEX and that if you're required to use a DEBIT card instead, you won't get the vehicle you actually rented.
The first car I got had expired plates. You have to pay for toll activation if you don’t it’s $25 a toll. The rental car price was good but all the add ons added up to another $100 so wasn’t such a great deal. And $2000 deposit if you don’t take their insurance
I loved the entire experience, including the sense of humor. It is sometimes difficult to find humor in people that are in charge. Everyone was great, pick up check out check in and drop off. THANK YOU
