I will not use budget or kayak again. When I had an issue because my plane was delayed neither were helpful at all. Budget said they could not help because I used a 3rd party to rent. When I called kayak they said they could not help Really disappointing!

Car could have been cleaner but it ran perfectly all week. Rental guy tried pushing his insurance on us and told us your insurance wasn’t good. Rental guy wouldn’t let me add additional drivers for free like you promised. He didn’t give us a key, but sent us out to wander around looking for a girl in a red shirt. The return lot had construction and no signs telling us where to park the car so we had to go inside and wait in line.

They over charged us. We waited almost 2 hrs for the car. It was beat up! Not good:(
Friendly and professional staff. Found a couple of used napkins left inside trunk area at pick up. Overall pleased with rental.

Car was very nice. Only bad thing was that there was a mixup between the airline package and car rental and I had to pay for the whole car rental from you guys and then get my money back from Allegiant.
It took over 2 hours to get the rental that was already paid for. They promised a free tank of gas and a percentage of the rental credited back. Still waiting to see if either have been taken care of.

I paid for a car reservation months in advance. When I went to pick up the car, I was informed that my car was given to someone else because I did not pick it up in time. They also refused to give me a refund until I booked another car. There were no other cars available that day in the entire city at there location or elsewhere. I am asking for a refund for a car that I never got, and they are refusing! Scammers!!! Do not use this off brand company
