Pros:NothingCons:The day before my scheduled pick up, the Boca Raton branch called to let me know that there may be a shortage of cars and to call the day I arrived to see if my requested car was available. I called multiple times that day but no answer. Also realize that Kayak allowed me to make a reservation for a 5pm pickup, however the location closed at 5pm so if I showed up a few minutes late I wouldnt have been able to pick it up. The booking system should not allow reservations to be made at the locations closing time. As a result I did not pick up the rental. I did not hear from the rental location either, and ended up using Uber for my entire trip.Reviewed 2020 Dec 31

Pros:Gaby was very helpful.Cons:Made a reservation at one location, called day prior to confirm. They told me the reservation would be honored at an office closer to my home. Called the number they gave me, second office said there was another office closer to my home. Called third office, was told by a young man named Marshall that he would call me tomorrow (day of pickup) to confirm. Never heard from him, called third location when I was en route to pick up, they told me they couldn't honor my reservation, didn't have the vehicle. Called first office, they didn't have vehicle either but said one was scheduled for return, with unknown return time. Fortunately one came in and I was able to get it. Insurance rip offPros:Location was convenient to where I was staying.Cons:I called ahead to reconfirm and check if cars were available and how long I should expect to wait. I was told no wait. I got there and there waited 30 minutes and noticed someone who was a walk-in without a reservation after me had already gotten a car and left. Apparently there was a mix-up with the car they originally wanted to give me. So 45 min later and late to pick up my mom at the airport, I got a car. I originally told the rep i didnt want any insurance but she directed me to sign in areas that I later learned was accepting insurance and cost me an additional $200.Reviewed 2017 Feb 20
