Cons:The vehicle wasn’t cleaned and didn’t have any gas, so we had to switch to another, but same sized. Long line at check in, had to wait over 30 minutes and then spent another 20 minutes or so with the associate. The associates were great though. Wished the car had an entertainment package for the money. Will rent there again.Reviewed 2021 Apr 06

Pros:Helpful staff that didn’t get irritated at having a full house of rental customers within 30 minutes of closing time. Positive attitudes were all around.Cons:I was renting a vehicle for a short trip that I did not want to use my primary vehicle during but I was not aware I could not leave my vehicle on the enterprise lot overnight. The staff helped me come up with a solution though and it was greatly appreciated. This fact though should probably be better advertised to your customers.Reviewed 2021 Mar 17
