Brandon and Kelly at Enterprise on Bob Wallace Ave in Huntsville,AL was very professional and nice. They stayed over their time making sure I left riding in something nice. The vehicle was very clean. I will definitely recommend seeing them everytime I go. They were very understanding and nice , gave me no problems. They rented a car to me with registration expired in August 2020, and tag expired in August 2021. It also had no working horn. In short the car was not street legal. And it had not been legal for months. When I contacted them about the issue, it took them several hours to respond. Initially their only response was to replace the vehicle with another one. When I asked for some form of credit, they took $100 off the rental. (I had rented it for 17 days at a cost of over $60/day. The rental cost me over $1000.) This was not an adequate response to renting out a car whose registration had expired over a year ago and whose tag had expired months ago. The second replacement vehicle was at least street legal, but old and dirty. I wish I could report the responsible parties to law enforcement, but I probably don't have the time to deal with that. Pros:I hated literally everything about this rentalCons:When I select a specific airport I do not expect the reservation to be switched to a satellite rental office 30 minutes away from the airport and then be told by your customer service that there is absolutely nothing that can be done. Time, effort, money, and stress added to travel is not something that is needed. In the event I consider using your services again I’ve requested friends to brain me with a heavy object. This state would be preferable to trying to the nonsense I experienced.Reviewed 2021 May 15

Pros:I like the offer of picking up the vehicle a day early for free and the free upgrade.Cons:Cleanliness of the vehicle...smelled of smoke and no covid19 assurances as in the commercial, in fact it wasn’t even addressed by the agent until I asked.Reviewed 2020 Sep 19
