Pros:The car itself was great, very clean and comfortable, drop off was really easy once we asked to change to drop off at the airportCons:I had listed the airport as my pick up/drop off but didnt realize until I went to pick up the car that we had to take a taxi in to town to get our car, the pick up location was NOT the airport. So we ended up paying an extra $50 to drop it off at the airport. I will likely not be using Kayak again for a car rental.Reviewed 2017 Feb 23

Great car and service, booking switch cost me monePros:The car was perfect, a great ride, a Kia Soul.Cons:I believed that I was booking the rental at the airport location. Somehow my reservation got switched to another location and I had to taxi back and forth to and from the airport. That was $50 more in taxi fees!Reviewed 2017 Mar 04

Great servicePros:We were late arriving due to weather conditions at the Kelowna airport, enterprise called to confirm our arrival and held our SUV for us. Shannon called later to ask how everything was going with the car to ensure everything was okay. We had no problem extending our rental for one day and dropping off at the airport instead of keehn road location. Will use this enterprise location again, good value and worth the cab ride to get there.Reviewed 2017 Feb 08

Pros:Was able to at least drop back at the airport.Cons:Didn't have cars at the airport so had to taxi in to town. Staff were good. Car was low grade. I am fine with a compact but this particular car had a rumbling muffler and almost 50k km. It also wasn't particularly clean. Dog hair in a few spots around dash etcReviewed 2016 Feb 01
