The excellent customer service of pick up and drop off. Even though Driving Force was not located at the airport, and needing to take a 20min. taxi ride to the pick up/drop off area, the price point is still attractive and affordable. Overall great experience!Pros:For me, it was also handy to have a city (vs airport) location.Cons:I didn't appreciate that winter tires are considered an upsell. It wasn't relevant for my trip but soon when there is snow, winter tires are practically mandatory for out-of-town driving.Reviewed 2018 Dec 02

Great customer service!Pros:Our flight was delayed and we were going to arrive after the rental office had closed so I called ahead and two representatives stayed late to make sure we got our rental.
