Pros:they were flexible and helped me manage my changing requirements following a bereavement in the family. All staff were excellent, particularly our airport shuttle driver.Cons:An addition $100 charge for an airport drop off (Particularly when the location of the drop off wasn’t actually at the airport!) seemed a bit steep!Reviewed 2020 Jan 28
