I was charged twice by Allianz Insurance for car insurance after completing my Kayak reservation. I did not know I was double charged at that time, or at the time I returned my rental car. Upon returning the car, I was also charged for insurance by Enterprise Car Rental. Kayak, Enterprise and Allianz have been not helpful or forthcoming in my attempts to get my refunds. I am very unsatisfied with the booking process and feel like if borders on scam territory. I will now spend more of my time and money making calls, trying to get my refunds. Very frustrating.Reviewed 2026 Jul 29

The service was lovely but there were two issues: I had to wait 45 minutes for the car to be ready. Not a big deal to me but may be to other customers. More significant: I paid for a mid-size SUV, such as a Toyota RAV4 or Mitsuibishi Outlander. The car that I was given was a Mitsuibuishi RVR, which is one class smaller and is considered a compact SUV. If this location only has RVRs, then it should be sold as a compact SUV, not as a mid-size SUV.Reviewed 2024 Aug 10

It was great! We only needed a rental for one day while our own car was in the shop. Picking up the rental was efficient and there were no hidden fees or pressure to upgrade. I paid what I expected. Returning the car was easy and fast. Representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. Would rent here again.Reviewed 2024 Mar 20
