Pros:They did not have my car although I specifically called to make sure the car was going to be there. I was on the phone with the reservations central for about an hour and they refused to talk to the office people. They sent me to Hertz (next door) for double the price, who has the same owner. Cons:Didn't gave me the SUV I booked months ahead. Though I pumped full tank 10 km before return, fuel gauge still dropped below full. Had to pay 40+ penalty.Reviewed 2018 Feb 25

Unable to pick up the carCons:I rented the car under my name, because I was paying with a card under my name as well. My wife was suppoused to drived because my license was expires. They did not let us pick up the car because according to their policies the card holder is enforced to drive, and they did not even let us put her as an extra driver. Cons:The agent was very reluctant to alert me when recommendations they made were going to be extra cost. By the time she was done with her recommendations and I asked for a price it was double price on the site. Needless to say I did not complete rental. Misleading - generic specialty car too smallPros:Clean car, easy pick up and drop offCons:Generic specialty car was supposed to seat 5 people and 4 bags. I got a Mazda 3, which definitely does not. terrible, unprofessional, hidden fees (more than $50 than expected)Pros:The lady at the desk was very niceCons:I was charged more than I was supposed to. The guy who was supposed to check the car was unprofessional and rude. He did not greeted us, he did not have a pen to put on the document that the gaz was not fulled as result they charged us more than $60 for the gas (3/4 full). I had to ask for my invoice as they charged me without letting me. I have not been refunded yet but it seems like it has been done but no updated invoices. "weird fees " that increased my invoice by $50. Don't waste your money and time there. Budget or enterprise are more professional and easy to deal with.Reviewed 2017 Jun 05
