Cons:

On a 3 day rental the price between competitors is pretty close- so to be told there was a 30 Euro charge for fuel servicing before even getting the vehicle is outrageous. There is no option not to pay this- even if you return with a full tank- and guess what, it's in the small print on your voucher, but which you only get after you have already paid and booked. Disgraceful.

Went I picked up the car I was told I was putting a deposit down on car and it would be return to me when I return the car in good condition. When I returned the car the guy at drop told me that it was a nonrefundable fee. The fees were $469 more then I was told about. This is ridiculous amount of money and way over what I was told I was gonna be paying which was $104. I am very upset and expected that this ridiculous charge should be dropped.

Pros:

The car was great and gave us no problems even though we drove it all over Spain. The staff were friendly and everything went like clockwork.

Cons:

It would be helpful if you could provide a map and directions for where to drop off the car at Barcelona airport. I had a little trouble finding it.

Pros:

I reserved at remote location - near interstate so not to drive in historic city center of Seville Spain. When I arrived the car was not ready...I waited for it to be washed then they drove the car offsite to refuel. My entire check in plus wait time for wash & fuel was over an hour.

Cons:

Everything regarding check- in. Info that drop off location was NOT at airport would have been helpful as well. The agent at drop off destination was excellent.

Excellent! Staff was quite professional and personable. A bit of a delay in getting car but nothing serious. Car was clean and ready to go. Great car! No problems at all. Highly recommended.

Pros:

The car and staff was great

Cons:

The process of getting and dropping off the car was not easy. Signage for drop off is not clear nor was instructions and there was no attendant to help. The cost was far more than originally anticipated. Not worth the price when you account for fuel and tolls.

Pros:

Ended up liking the car we had althought an SUV in Europe is a little large when it comes to finding parking.

Cons:

My fault we missed out check in time by a about 3+ hours and were informed only hold car for 2 hours. And said had no cars. Felt offered most expensive car on lot with not a lot of help, kind of take it or leave it. Felt a little held over a barrel. Usually don’t rent from hertz so had no relationship so that may have hurt a little too.

Pros:

The car was a Fiat 500 hatchback and was an excellent car, especially for the price. It was a manual transmission so may have been a little less expensive but I enjoyed the driving. If you are not comfortable with a manual, because of the hills and need to squeeze into and out of parking, you may want to get an automatic transmission. The only problem with driving in Spain is the fuel prices are 2x the price in the states and, if you want to get from one city to the next quickly, you need to pay very high tolls. A GPS is a must if you don’t understand the language. The roads are a true maze.

Pros:

The woman who helped us in the Sevilla airport was very friendly and indulged our desire to practice Spanish, but switched to English when it was important that we understand exactly what we were getting into.

Cons:

I didn´t like that automatic transmission cars cost so much more than manual transmission cars.

Car rental was unremarkable except that the office in Sevilla airport gave me a helpful information sheet on how to find the location in Madrid airport that was totally wrong. Wrong address. Wrong information. Two years before, the location had moved to a different address. This caused some serious distress in the hours before my scheduled flight. I found it eventually, but was pretty rattled. Customer service was mediocre. Locations both difficult to find and get to. Telephone never picked up. Would not rent from OK mobility again.

Cons:

having used major rental companies many times during the year, one expects to get in/out of airports quickly. Sixt customer service is poor, the cars are old and not cleaned. they try to sell you insurance and upgrades in every occasion by telling you car is not ready. on return most likley they hold you responsible for scratches that you as a individual generally don't notice when you pick up cars so they can claim damages from you.
