Cons:Well to be perfectly honest it was the worst experiance i have ever had with any rental car company. After booking i called budget rental in gainsville three different times over 3 days only to be transferred to not 1 but 3 different individuals who could barely speak english and were definately not in Gainsville and of next to no help. They confirmed and told me that someone would be at the budget counter when i arrived or that i would be able to get my keys and that someone would contact me withing 24 hours of flying (which never happened). I landed in Gainsville FL at 936 (they close at 10), but nobody was at the desk, i called the budget company 3 different times that night only to be transferred to individuals that lets face it should not be in customer care and their "supervisors" were an absolute joke and even worse help. Turns out that the card i have on file they didn't charge and they cancelled the booking giving me 0 notification of anything and what customer care do you ask i got as a return? "your rental was cancelled cause we are braindead" oops. no respect, no nothing, if i could fire everyone i spoke with, i would start there. In closing i would like to say that budget your company and your customer care is absolute trash and i would rethink your current business plan and staff before bankruptcy. Worst ever go to ENTERPRISE they were amazing and i could actually talk to someone at their local desk when i called #gasp imagine that? budget = pile of hot garbage. so many other things ill keep to myself......... Please, Please budget do not reach out to me unless you intend to give me cash for the hell you put me, all those others who had to hear me rage and go off in the middle of the airport on your phone staff for screwing me and my brother and sister out of our car stranding us with no apology or reconciliation and zero i mean zero customer care.
Cons:No one was at the airport counter when I went to pick up the car for about 20 minutes, so it was a bit weird, I only stayed bc the airport employee said someone would be back soon. Otherwise I had an awesome experience, the car was great and affordable.

Pros:How quick and easy it was pick up the vehicle.
Cons:We really had trouble finding the drop off location when we put the address into the GPS there was no rental agency at that address.

Pros:Again, the counter person was friendly and easy to work with.
Cons:I had a one way rental from BOS to GNV. It’s a long drive and I went over the alotted drop off time. I couldn’t contact anyone in the drop off location (GNV) that I would be a late. It worked out, but communication would have save some stress for sure.

Pros:Easy to drop off the car at the end of rental period
Cons:The car being rented had dirty windows, smelly, and lacked floor mats. The staff wanted me to sign off on the paperwork about the car's condition before I had a chance to inspect the car
Pros:We were fortunately upgraded at pickup to an intermediate SUV, which was helpful because it meant we had a little more room to work with for our trip for the holidays.
Cons:We had a slow leak in a tire. I spent an hour on the phone with roadside service trying to find a way to get the tire fixed, and was recommended a tire shop 25 minutes away. I called two places that were closer to me in the next 2 minutes and found that one of them could see me right away and went there. They checked the tire, determined that it needed replaced, but didn't have the replacement in stock. They filled it so that it could carry me for a while longer. I stopped at an off-airport location to see if they could replace the vehicle and was told they couldn't access my rental information because I was renting from an airport location. Why in the world are they on different systems that can't interact? Two days later I called roadside again and the person could not get ahold of the local airport location but could see their inventory and told me that a vehicle should be available if I show up and tell them we tried to call ahead and I needed a vehicle. They did have some SUVs but they were slotted for pickup later in the day, so they sent me off with a mini-van instead. This was an acceptable replacement for me and I was just glad to have the issue finally resolved. The whole experience was quite overwhelming, and I would hope that such a simple issue could be resolved more quickly and easily.
Pros:Easy rental .
Cons:The Staff didn't have knowledge in knowing how to close out my rental agreement, and printing a receipt out for me (the customer) when asked to do so. At first, I was told that I would have to call the location that I picked the rental up from to get a receipt, printed or e-mail. After a twenty minute conversation, someone from the Staff was able to produce a printed receipt.

Pros:-quick and fast check-in
Cons:My flight arrived at 11:00 p.m. to Gainesville but the Enterprise counter closes at 11:00 p.m. So, I had to come back the next morning (wasted 2 cab rides and time). Counter should close at 11:30 p.m.
Cons:Surprised about the extra $200 deposit that was needed.
Pros:Comfort of suv made the trip. Ride was smooth.
Cons:The 3rd row seat. But laid it down for more luggage space and comfort.
Cons:To get a car took us for about 2 hours. Different price with a website. When we got a car there was some garbage inside.
Cons:HORRIBLE customer service. Car was not ready on time and unsafe to drive when I got it. Turned it back in and was told there was no replacement vehicle in same size. No effort was made to assist finding a replacement. No response from customer service.

Cons:I was told drop off was 8 pm, but my confirmation said 8 am. We were almost charged an additional $180. The lady at the counter wasn't willing to help.

Cons:Counter closed at pickup. Had to go to the sister counter where there was a big line and it took forever. No one seemed to know what was going on and seemed to be in no hurry to get any of us out of there. They were friendly tho. Then drop off at PBI very poorly marked. Plus I thought the rate was high.
Pros:Best Customer Service. Have not seen a Happy Smile at 8:00a.m. LIKE that in years. Everything was perfecto. Will be using Alamo as my go-to from now on.
