Staff at Rainier Enterprise was quick and courteous; very helpful. Car was nice, though interior could be a little more clean (small spill on center console, just needed touch up). I would use this facility again

Staff was friendly. Drop off was easy. Rate was better than at airport and easy to get to.

Cons:

They did not have the type of vehicle we reserved. They upgraded us to a luxury vehicle for an additional $10 per day.

I rented the car in March. When i got to the pick up spot - in July - there was no one there at the office. Literally, no employees showed up. When i called Hertz, they said "find another reservation." Zero respect for customers. None whatsoever. Unbelievable. Never again.
