The staff were very friendly, great customer service, quite a walk to get vechile, but okay even with all the luggage. Vechile back row had garage left in back area. Vechile did what we need it to do. We were all pleased.Reviewed 2023 Jun 12

Thé service regarding pickup was bad. They said they would close at 6 on my agreement. When they called me they said they were closing at 4 pm. A huge difference for s traveler. I was bounced from kayak to beers to change the pickup time. Hertz didn’t think it was their problem. So I went back and forth. Finding the number to corset hertz was difficult and took a half hour. When I got through they said I should context the pick up location. That’s when I was told that they would be closing at 4. which high was false. I had to pick up my car two hours earlier than I planned because of that misinformation. I felt it was handled very badly and was a stressful experience. It had an impact on the time I decided to head to the airport which hindered my plans with my friends. All in all I wouldn’t do it againReviewed 2021 Oct 22

Really surprised that the Hertz counter wasn't open on a Saturday. Your sign said to drop keys off in the parking lot - after we had already dragged our luggage from the parking lot to the counter. I didn't see a sign in the parking lot about dropping keys off there and we were not told when we picked up the keys that this is what we should have done. Disappointed that the SUV was only a 4-cylinder too......... otherwise, everything was fine.Reviewed 2021 Sep 26

Unclear specifications for rentalPros:The car we eventually received was clean and in excellent conditionCons:Be warned. When they say taxes and fees included. They by NO means mean all taxes and fees. Read the fine print ladies and gents. When I arrived to pick up the car we were informed of MANY extra charges. If you want an extra driver it is an extra 25-35$ per PER DAY. If you want full insurance coverage it is an extra 20-35$ a day PER DRIVER. If you are under 25 it is and extra 25-35$ a day PER DRIVER. When we arrived .to pick up the rental csr, I was informed that I would be unable to actually rent the car unless I rebooked it under a credit card with the main drivers name. I intended to be the sole driver, and do not have a credit card under my name. We had to completely rearrange our trip so that the person with the credit card was the main driver of the csr. Once that was all re arranged, we were invoiced almost 400$ for a car rental that we had booked for around 85$ online . Pretty ridiculous.
