RIP OFF!
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Forced to take insurance even after I verified with my insurance company it was not needed. When we stated cancel rental and redo without expensive daily insurance charges he stated "I'm giving you a deal so if I cancel you will have to make new reservation and pick up the next day instead" HORRIBLE - don't rent from Hertz!!!

Pros: People were all friendly and trying their best.
Cons: Not sure if the location was short-handed because of the holidays but it took well over an hour to pick up a car. Only one person appeared to be doing pretty much everything. Return fortunately was much better. I knew insurance and other fees would significantly increase the cost of rental but wasn't expecting it to be almost 4x the original quote.

Worst experience...
Pros: Tha car was the only thing that could looked at somewhat a positive.
Cons: Hertz overcharged me for items that were not mentioned at the time I made the reservation. Basically charged $100 over the initial quote.
