Everyone was nice, the car was perfectly clean.Cons:
I will never rent from National ever again. The price of the insurance (they made us buy it, saying that we HAD to take the minimum insurance by law) made the total price for 10 days to go from $195 to $650! We did not really need a car for our vacation, but I thought that for $200 I would not have to get a cab and we could do some site seeing. Next time I will just catch a cab.Avis

After showing up to the car rental place right after we landed from our flight - we were treated with disrespect and rudeness on how 1) our car wasn't available any longer 2) Refusing to listen to the car insurance that came with my credit card 3) Not willing to help or work with us but just wanted to charge us for every little thing. We then had to make our way back to the airport to rent from the Alamo there. It was the worst experience ever!9.2 Wonderful

They cancel my reservation because my flight was delay, I called the company to let them now an they said I had to do a new reservation. I asked him to to Wait for me and he said i should call him when I arrived and he will take care of me. I call when I arrived t He told me he was sending somebody for me and I had to wait 2.5 hours in the airport with my family in the street, they never showed up. Horrible service, very disappointed.3.2 Poor

Nothing because they just tell you that it's just a confirmation and not a booking. So since they had no car available, we couldnt hold on to our schedule. Plus, the staff was very unfriendly, in this high season, but i'm sure he would be begging us to rent a car in the low season!Cons:

FYI pricing online is not accurate. the rate online was for $9 a day but ended up being closer to $75 a day with insurance they make you purchase (can't use your own). We ended up asking to return to the airport and taxi everywhere for our trip using the collectivo for about $1-2 a ride2.0 Poor
