Cons: Not for families. Rooms are single Queen and King.

Cons: Staff, room, and location are all great!

Cons: They scrimped on their chef. The restaurant food was not good. A minor detail but the floors were mopped with something that made them sticky. No one was at the doors to help with luggage. I had to ask for a cart which they keep in a hidden area away from view. This is a wonderful hotel but was basically empty when we stayed. There are so many possibilities. A good marketing plan needs to be done soon or I see it closing. Go visit soon just in case.

Cons: Lots of small fees, $10 a day for parking, shuttles cost money, ect. Restaurants and drinks inside are ok but pricey.

Cons: Location is okay but great if you want to do Graceland only

Cons: Upon checking in, we found only one wash cloth in the bathroom. I caught a cleaning staff member in the hallway and asked for more wash cloths. She had to retrieve a clipboard, find my name, and had me initial next to it in order to get more wash cloths. I felt like I was checking evidence out of a Police Evidence room. Came in the next day, and found a filthy cleaning rag on our sink counter. We called down to the desk to ask them to come retrieve it, and re-clean our sink area. After about 4 hours, no one came. we flung the nasty thing into the corner, then cleaned the sink ourselves. By the next morning, no one had come to retrieve the soiled cloth, so we kicked it out into the hallway. Someone finally picked it up. It was truly gross. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Cons: There were several things that made this stay not rank in the good or excellent range as advertised. Housekeeping came at 6pm to clean our room. The toilet flusher worked but was almost broken. The cable didn't work in the first room we checked into. They charge $10 per day for parking, which is understandable but the key procedure to get in and out of the parking lots was never explained and was confusing, I had to use charge to my credit card to get out one time. I could have gotten the room a lot cheaper booking online instead of Expedia.

Cons: Had trouble with free WiFi in my room

Cons: We encountered one rude staff member at the front desk but every other employee was incredibly noce

Cons: I wish they had more amenities

Cons: No option to select "smoking or non smoking" room when reservation made. Only room available when we checked in was a smoking room. Although room was clean, it still smelled of smoke. It wasn't terrible, but being a non smoker, it was enough to notice.

Cons: Black out blinds don't block the edges and even with ear plugs the loud a/c kept us up all night!

Cons: Room seemed quite small. Tiled floor immediately inside room was sticky to touch when we arrived.

Cons: The room was fine but the lobby and hallways smelled like pesticide, they must have just sprayed

Cons: My room faced the highway, which I realized was a possibility when I booked this hotel. However, the blackout curtain didn't extend all the way across the window in my room. Bad decision. Light let in all the time, I had to use the bed runner and hangers from the closet to block the window light. Thankfully all that was there but I shouldn't have to rig up a solution to such a bad design. Some people need darkness to sleep and I can't fathom why someone would make that decision. If for some reason someone wanted to see the highway at all hours, they could leave the shades open. AC system was loud and overly complicated to operate. Remember guys, keep it simple. People come in after a long drive, they just want the room to be warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It took quite a while to get it to where it would come on and stay on. Then once I got it set, it took a while to get to temperature, because of course, housekeeping turns it off when they turn the room over. So all night the thing is basically running. Can't see how that's energy efficient but whatever. This hotel is a one and done for me, there's a lot of other choices in the Wolfchase area and down toward Germantown that I could try instead.

Cons: Those pillows was very nasty and smell old sweat,,never have this experience in best wester before I talk the lady in the front desk and she tall me she will gift me a different room so I talk her is o necesarly just send some body and replace those pillow wen I was in may way to eat some dinner ...after I come back to my room those nasty pillows was there in my room so I get Dow and the lady she ready left and the night shift manager just gift me some clean pillows and pillows cases and I have to take by my self and I ask her to can some one take care and she reply she was alone and just throw the nasty pillow in the floor

Cons: The bed could have been more comfortable, like sleeping on a slab.

Cons: Place is a little worn but will soon be undergoing renovation.

Cons: The location near Beal Street and across from Autozone Park meant that there was hardly a quiet moment during the night. The noisy drunk folks were not only outside making noise in the streets, but also inside the hotel. I asked for earplugs around 1am, but the hotel provided me with cheap headphones instead. If you stay here and would like to sleep, I'd recommend asking for a room away from the street.

Cons: No safe or microwave and it needs a upgrade in my opinion.

Cons: Room was small. Every movement on the bed sounded like you were jumping on it.

Cons: Cleanliness of rooms needs improvement, and bathrooms need a bit remodeling. Bathtub tile was dirty and old, fixtures were old, paint on door was peeling off.

Cons: The closet space in the room could be reconstructed to be more useful to the room.

Cons: Water pressure was nearly non existent and very little hot water. Also, a .20 bottle of complimentary water would go a long way to being more hospitable (maybe I could have washed my hair with one!). The restaurant/bar is a TGI Friday’s (check out their Yelp reviews). I went in and the entire place smelled like human feces, seriously it was disgusting, I had to leave after 15 seconds.

Cons: Small double beds.

Cons: The price for the type of room we had. Obviously the rates are high because of the location but don’t expect it to look like a Marriotte or the convienences of one. No safe in the room. Other wise for an overnight stay it was fine.

Cons: The bathtub drain was clogged and slow to drain so one ended standing in quite a bit of sudsy water when showering. I did let them know at checkout; hopefully they fixed it for the next guests.

Cons: Super thin walls, could hear other rooms...

Cons: Getting in to valet park was a little crowded and had to wait but well worth the wait!

Cons: The room was humid, also bathroom ceiling was peeling and had slight water damage. Items in room (lamps, etc), seemed to be placed there and didn't really have a function (lamp missing bulb, only obe night stand, etc). Also the decor and color choices made the room feel dated and unwelcoming.

Cons: I was on the 10th floor by the elevators and heard compressor noises all night long - horrible.
