Pros:The staff wasn't outright rude at least.Cons:I rented the car for two days. Once I showed up, the staffer said that the rental would have to be for three days, since the car rental place was closed on Monday. He also mentioned it when going over all the other terms of the rental; if I wasn't paying attention I wouldn't have noticed it. When I protested and said that we had agreed for two days, the staffer shrugged and said it wasn't their problem. The staffer wasn't rude or unprofessional, he just didn't care.Reviewed 2021 Jun 01
