Cons: We had a reservation for overnight stay at Hamptons before heading to Cape Canaveral for a cruise vacation. Our flight was delayed and we were scheduled to arrive the morning after. Called the Hamptons to explain the situation and that we cannot stay at the hotel for the night due to the delay and would like to cancel our reservation. No logic and no consideration, Hamptons insisted on not refunding our prepaid stay!

Pros: I liked the lake around the hotel and that it was 10-15 minutes away from the Orlando International Airport. Also, they have free shuttle bus service to the airport every half hour during day and every hour at night.
Cons: There are so many things wrong with this hotel, esp for the price they charge: 1) No fridge or microwave 2) Linens and towels often had stains even when changed every 3rd day 3) Mattresses and pillows are not comfy 4) No fresh air in room nor any scents placed so room smells stale and musty 5) Parking is $14/ day extra, breakfast buffet is $18/person 6) There is usually a wait for the breakfast in the morning. It's faster and cheaper to go to the IHOP, a 5 minute drive from hotel. Basically, not worth your money at all! They charge like a 5-star but are worse than a 2-star hotel. You can pay less and easily get more amenities at any less fancy hotel. It will be cleaner and more relaxing.

Nice HDTV and ample space to work on computer. Room included a sofa (sofa bed) AND a comfortable arm chair. Front desk people were nice. Free USA Today and WSJ. Hertz car rental on property (but the desk is open only during the day).
Cons: There are no towel bars or hooks to hang towels and clothes. Very small shelf in shower to put hair products. There is NO tub--shower only. Shower drain was clogged and nearly overflowed the shower pan (about an inch high). Drain is hidden under a chrome plate and it was clogged with hair ang gunk--GROSS.

Cons: We were unhappy with the room. It was mostly clean, but we were uncomfortable. The air conditioning didn't work, which was a real problem, since I have asthma. The beds were uncomfortable. There weren't many outlets to plug in our electronic devices. The bathroom wasn't particularly nice/tidy. We ended up getting our money back and leaving.

When we arrived at the hotel I was told by the woman at the desk that they gave away the room I reserved and the only thing they had left was a king with a pull out sofa. I asked why they gave it away when i had it reserved and was told SHE didn't give it away and I could either take that room or stay somewhere else. The manager the next morning was just as unhelpful. He said I would have to wait until one was cleaned and then move or stay in the one we were in. He didn't know if one would be available when we returned that night after visiting the parks and was unwilling to hold one for us.

Pros: I was ill and needed a place to hunker down and be served room service. I felt like I was in my own apartment. Everything was clean and nice. I really enjoyed the room service and all the staff were very friendly. One more thing I loved was being able to check out late for an evening flight by paying a small fee. This made such a difference to me since I was still not feeling well. I could stay in bed rather than sit up at the airport. Thank you for this great option. It really made me much more likely to stay at a Sheraton next time I travel.

Beautiful breakfast with all natural good foods including Dickinson jams. Why would you serve Country Crock instead of real butter? Seriously, high quality except for these little things that just jump out as cheap and low quality. Real butter on the tray and mini moos in the room make so much more sense and would leave a better impression.

Pros: The facilities and additional amenities were excellent. A number of our family units stayed for the night and had many areas and opportunities to spend time together. Enjoyed the pool, 'happy hour' and the great breakfast.
Cons: All would have been perfect were it not for the 2 erroneous wake up calls we received in our room at 5am and 5:05 am. Getting back to sleep was pretty much impossible and affected our day.

Pros: Im a lawyer, was on a business trip and had to take a few depositions and meet with clients. The room included a 6 chair conference table that made it all possible and easy. For someone on a leisure trip, the rooms and hotel will accomodate you just fine. Room was very clean, well taken care of, and the service was great. Apart from the room itself, the staff was very amicable, friendly, courteous and super helpful, which made my work painless. I used the bar and restaurant facilities, which can accomodate your likings. Food was good and well cooked. I will once again stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend others to stay here, but remember..., if you are looking for a 5 or 6 star hotel, this is not the one.

Cons: I had to complain 3 times about the smoke detector making a noise in the room. It took having the shift change to get it fixed. The day shift person just said I'll let them know but never did tell anyone! My one day of relaxation was terrible! One of the pool lights was out of the wall and floating in the ppol. Once again, told the girl at front desk, but never fixed! The room wasn't cleaned or bed made, he just gave me more shampoo and lotion, and took out trash. He took out the towels and didn't replace them or the floor mat. With all the other airport hotels in the are I will never go back there.

Pros: We needed an affordable hotel close to the airport where we could stay the night before we flew out from MCO. We got what we asked for and then some! For the price, the room was amazing. We were given a suite with a microwave, sink, fridge, and seating area in addition to having a very comfy large bed and clean bathroom. I was not expecting the hotel room to be this nice for the price we paid. I liked the hotel so much that last night, when I came back from my trip, I called to stay here again. I wanted to especially thank Igora, the young woman who works at the front desk at night. She has an infectious enthusiasm, and obviously enjoys her job. She had no problem getting me a good rate for the suite despite the fact that I called the night of for my reservation, she called a taxi to pick me up the next morning to take me to the greyhound, and provided me with toiletries that I had forgotten. She did all of this with a genuine smile and a good sense of humour. I wish more people in the hospitality business were like her! Thank you for being memorable. If I need to stay in Orlando again, I will definitely be looking to stay at this Ramada again.

Cons: Black mold on the ceiling of our bathroom. Bathroom too small, had to get in corner behind commode before you could shut the door! Got a good deal through Kayak, would never have paid the rates quoted to me when checking in. 2 star rating.

Pros: Quiet location but very near airport, with a shuttle. The suites were roomy. Front desk staff were helpful in solving a few housekeeping issues (lack of towels) that arose. Breakfast area had lots of tables, and a reasonable selection of food.
Cons: Housekeeping was a bit spotty -- one afternoon a maid stopped by to see if we needed clean towels, but that didn't happen the next two days. In the mornings the wet towels were removed but no replacements were provided, so we had to ask for them.

Pros: Best price around. The shuttle was a great service although I wish I knew outgoing shuttles were only 5am-noon, not 5am-11pm as advertised. Bed was pretty comfy. Rooms were pretty clean, fridge, coffee maker and micro nice perks. Free breakfast was basic (boiled eggs, bagels, bananas, cereal, yogurt etc), but worked. Staff were not especially friendly but did their jobs and helpful when needed.
Cons: The hotel seemed outdated. Tiles, carpet, and decor seemed like it was a decade or more older. Of course, airport hotels are going to be loud from passing airplanes. There was some rifraff at the hotel lobby during our stay, which was taken care of. Our air conditioner leaked, and created a funky, large wet area on the carpet. The room was clean enough but just; you could tell undersides of sinks, toilets, and small areas in the tub were at least sometimes missed during cleaning.

Cons: I made reservations to spend one night and leave the car there for 9 days on line . I had a confirmation. When we got there I was told they don’t do extended parking during the holiday oler the manager. So we had to go back out and find a remote parking lot to be able to leave the car. We were leaving early in the morning for a trip to Seattle to visit my very sick sister. They should not have confirmed my reservations if they were planning to not honor it.

Cons: The airport shuttle SHOULD have been 3 minutes. Instead, they routed our nearly full bus around to the far end of the airport to pick someone up at the small-plane facility. Of course, after all that, the person wasn't even there. It was then ANOTHER 10 minutes back to the hotel, for a total of over 25 minutes. All this at 11pm.
