Cons: too many"extra" charges--taxes, resort fee etc. Too big and corporate feeling--i felt trapped in there there was a long line to check in the steak house was extremely pricey but cookie cutter...we were two women (model & writer) the sharpest people in the room and they stuck us at a dark, table in the back of the room and offered us the stingest wine pour I've had in years for a $12/glass wine. there was no charm or authenticity, felt totally impersonal staff were okay but acted more like hourly-wage employees (ie: didn't really care or seemed to have no idea what hospitality really means) perhaps it was b/c it's spring break, but the other guests were poorly dressed and lacked manners I would take a charming and well-run inn with less bells and whistles, but a decent chef, bartender and some personal touches over this any day

Pros: The pool was wonderful (although it rained all week - I squeezed in one time to visit). The staff was great. It was beautiful - everywhere. Free parking with handicapped tag! This would be a great place to stay for young people who walk well - especially with children who could enjoy the awesome pool. Very easy to get to in the elevator in second tower. We liked to lights under the furniture that seemed to be motion sensitive!!! They did have coffee maker in room and fridge - but no freezing compartment or microwave. Plenty of very fast elevators!!!
Cons: It was just too big for people with mobility issues. Asked for a room by the elevator so they gave us a handicapped room pretty far down from elevator. From the second tower, it was very hard to walk to a restaurant in the hotel. We were there for a conference in Conference Center "across the street". Tried very hard to research best hotel. No shuttle from Hyatt because it was "too close", but way too far to walk - so had to take taxis. They had shuttles for other hotels in the area. Not so sure about the TV in the mirror? Maybe it was because it was a handicapped room but the only time you could see it was while using the sink - and it interfered with line of vision to put make up on, brush hair, etc. for a fairly short woman. Did not like paying up front months in advance... For this price they should offer a free continental breakfast! We stayed in a $65 hotel the night before and the room was similar - and they offered a free full hot breakfast.

Pros: The hotel room was good with most amenities provided. The swimming pool was large enough for adults and families with kids to enjoy within the same facilities.
Cons: Despite all the good qualities, this hotel experience was ruined by the nightly resort fee of $20 charged during checkout. As far as I read during the booking process and the Terms and Conditions, this nightly resort fee is not mentioned anywhere, and guests believe that the amount that they pay through online booking sites are the total mandatory fees, with only optional incidentals charged during checkout. This is deceitful to the guests. Either include the resort fee in the upfront charges or state that this charge is mandatory and will be applied during checkout.

Pros: - Great front office staff - Excellent concierge - very fast elevators - The coffee in the room was great - TV in mirror was great (yet it did not change channels or volume correctly) - housekeeping evening service was excellent when I called for more water and coffee - comfortable bed - fast operator responses and efficient over the phone - centrally located near OCCC. A lot of walking is needed as the area is massive - Great restaurants near-by - beautiful pools yet the weather was unfortunately too cold to swim
Cons: - Took a long time to get hot water in the shower during my 4 days stay. - Bathroom cleanliness was not the best I have seen. I always noticed an odor and felt it was not fresh and fully sanitized - The TV in the mirror did not work correctly and seemed to hang up when i try to change the channel or raise the volume - I had mold in the shower grout, yet this was fully cleaned on the 3rd day I was there. - safe battery was weak and barely opened to get my stuff out. Then it did not work afterwards. - TV had an issue and did not work on my 3rd night. I called it in yet I did not get a tech within 50 minutes to fix it and i had to sleep in the afternoon before going out. When I returned late at night the TV was fixed. .

Pros: Pool area is relaxing. There are 2 main pools with another kiddie pool and 2 hot tubs. Restaurant/ bar by the oool serves good food and drinks. Staff have been really pleasant and helpful the entire time. Films outside for the kids and free video rental in the rooms.
Cons: The shop is handy but really expensive. I suggest doing any shopping for snacks, booze, Sun creams etc at the local pharmacy about 1/2 mile away. Shop does make pizzas though with free delivery.

Cons: When we first arrived everything was great, good customer service. Except they put a $100 hold on your room as a security deposit - which I thought was weird cuz I’ve never had that at a hotel. The reason I gave it 2 stars & REALLY didn’t like & completely ruined the stay for me was the gentleman Craig that stands by the sealife ticket sales counter. The check in ladies told me I’d have to talk to Craig for our car parking voucher. Craig was super nice & talkative until he asked my fiancé & I what we make annually in income & what we do for a living. Then went on about how we would be eligible to sit in on a 90 min talk to be able to get our hotel stay for free. Said that they would be able to give us a $120 gift card after the 90 min speech & that we would get a free stay anywhere in a Hilton hotel on top of that. Then asked if we’d be okay for the 8am, we told him yes so that we could just get to our room & swimming. But then he asked for a credit card right then & there & I thought that was weird & realized it was to try to sell timeshares obviously! So we declined the offer & Craig all of a sudden got VERY rude with us & kept asking us “why you just said you wanted to come & now you don’t ?? What changed ?? I’m confused cuz you just said you would do the 8am one. So you’re saying one thing & now the other. ” He kind of smirked in a rude way & after we said no again he didn’t even make eye contact again & handed us our car pass, rolled his eyes while looking down & very unenthusiastic told us to enjoy our stay while shaking his head in disbelief at us. It was super unprofessional. Because of that we won’t stay at a Hilton while traveling again..

Pros: I stayed at SeaWorld for 3 days in March. The resort is beautiful and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The "shuttle" to SeaWorld and Aquatica was horrible.it was a city type bus. The bus only went to the hotel 1x per hour and on the way back stopped at 5 other hotels, before the Hilton. It was a 10 minute walk to and from SeaWorld but a 35 minute bus ride.

Pros: I have stayed at several Rosen Hotels recently and this was one of my favorite hotels out of the Rosen family chain in Orlando. Id love to stay at the Shingle creek Rosen but its always out of budget but this hotel is well maintained, modernly updated with beautiful renovated rooms. This hotel has many amenities including a hotel pool bar, hot tub, Starbucks coffe, and a nice modern club although wasnt our style or that busy on the weekend we stayed. Very well worth checking this hotel out and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! Will def stay again!!!

Pros: Bed are very comfortable, I rest well with no back pain the next morning I had one complaint about the toilets in the restroom being to low ,the next time I visit it was bigger toilets in the restrooms. The everything was beautiful, would have loved to have had a microwave oven in the room ,but it was still okay because the food in the hotel was great. You can tell mr. Rosen put a lot of love and care into his hotels motels the atmosphere love.
Cons: The valet Parkers was quick ,good and on point, but we paid out a lot of money each time we left we had to pay the valet Parkers plus pay for parking space ,very confused was we supposed to tip every time brought the car and took it back. That was a lot of tipping. That was the only problem

Pros: great location, beautiful hotel, when you have a problem with something in your room the maintenance staff gets there pretty quick.they have the most comfortable beds.the rooms are very nice and the view was awesome.
Cons: the a/c did not work in our room, it kind of smelled like old smelly carpet party because the room was hot. when they did come to fix the a/c they said we would have to pop open the front panel on the unit to change settings because the wall control did not work. we also set the do not disturb button and at about 830 am house keeping tapped like crazy with what i think was there keys and when i opened the door they said"oh your not up yet" and walked to the next room and started tapping. when i pulled in front of the hotel to check in while my wife sat in the car the valet jumped in and moved it twice in the 5 minutes i was inside, there was hardly anyone in the huge driveway at the entrance.

Cons: A bell hop came to our room to load our luggage on the cart and then stayed with it outside until I got my truck, but then my luggage was handed off to a vallet employee who loaded it in the vehicle. This made me feel like I had to tip two people when I felt the bell hop fully deserved the entire tip! I realize tipping is optional; however, both were performing a service for me and it put me in an uncomfortable position to either short someone, not pay someone, or pay more than I wanted to pay out for a tip. Also, I had asked for a late checkout and was granted one (thank you!), but this information was not communicated to the maid and it was obvious she was not happy (with me) about it.

Also, I thought I had misplaced some cash, and my room attendanant must have found it and he/she folded everything in my room nicely, and there was the bundle of money I thought I had lost! I loved the gym, the pool, the lobby bars and restaurants. Steve, Jimmy and Jamie, at the Mist, specifically, were kind and so nice and accommodating. Good service equals happy customers,they deserve a bonus for working hard and remaining not only calm, but kind, even at peak times with a variety of guests to deal with, including some that were less than kind.

Very little in the area - Sea World across the street, but just a 711 and Bonefish grill in the area and VERY DARK sidewalk and parking lot make it clear this is not an area for pedestrians. Seemed a great fit for families, with the water park, but as someone in town for a conference, it didn't offer anything to make me a repeat customer.

Pros: The staff that greeted us upon arrival was pleasant and welcoming. Some were knowledgeable and were able to give us accurate advice and information regarding the hotel and surroundings. The room was clean and the daily service was good. Our conference box lunches were adequate...the cookie in our box lunch was outstanding!
Cons: There is a $20 fee per day for the shuttle to Disney theme parks plus other amenities like in-room wifi. However, with our conference ending at 4:30 each day, there was no shuttle to take us to the Disney theme parks. Therefore, we had to use a taxi as our only mode of transportation to and from the parks. This became quite costly (approx. $70 per day). Once at a Disney park, you could use the various buses and the monorail to go between parks and Downtown Disney. However, we were quite disappointed that the Renaissance did not offer more options for their shuttle service in the afternoon. When trying to figure out our best options for transportation, the staff at the front desk was not always consistent in their answers and some were absolutely inaccurate.

Then there were the walls, the rooms have a pass through door. I see the point in it. However, you can make out the conversations going on in the next room. Not to mention any noises in the hallway.

Parking is the other issue - there is not much, and what there is, costs $12 a night. There were 2 private events at the hotel the night we checked in, and the parking was over-full with abandoned cars blocking parking empty spots, and other cars which could not get out - a perfect nightmare. Finally, the hotel seems to be the location the chain uses to lure people to Orlando for their time-share presentation - "Stay 3 nights in Orlando for free if you attend a 45 minute presentation." If you are into timeshares, great! We are not. If we ever visit Orlando again, we will choose a different hotel.

Pros: My husband and I had a great stay. This hotel was walking distance to the Orlando Improv, which made for a convenient stay. We were concerned because we like to stay in recognizable national chains where you know what you will get, but we were not disappointed. I would say it Ian compable to a Garden Inn or Hampton (w/o) the breakfast.

Pros: My family and i stayed here for 5 nights. Location to all the theme parks we visited was great, staff was friendly, rooms and hotel was clean. I would definietly stay here again with my Family. We enjoyed the pools, when we were not at a theme park. Plenty of parking and close to restaraunts and shopping, this hotel is a great value for any traveler.

Pros: We had a great time at the Rosen inn all the staff were nice. We were given our room early. I used the gym which was upgraded while we were there. The room was large and clean. If we were to return to the area we would definitely stay here again.

I paid more for the suite and got the same breakfast of standard rooms, because I was directed by the receptionist to that location. I never got the full amount of towels I requested for all the guests I had to call several times to get coffee refills and towels. They frequently forgot the rugs for the restrooms as well. And the staff treatment at the reception was terrible, cold and uninterested on the guests needs. I was best treated by the people who worked as custodians than the receptionists.

Cons: We were in the building that is being remodeled. The elevator was slow and made noises. The was construction material all around. There was a garbage bag of garbage outside our rooms. When we came back from the park, parking was full and we had to park in front of a tattoo shop in a strip mall. We had two rooms with only one car and didn't even have one parking spot. One of our rooms had th elight by the door blow out. The same room also had no shower curtain in the bathroom. We bad to share our shower with our friends because we tried to call the front desk and our room phones didn't work. We we waited until morning to let the front desk know because it was 2:30 am when we got back to the room and we all nust wanted a quick shower and to go to bed. No one felt like walking to the other building to complain. When I mentioned these things at the dmfront desk I was told ok we will send a maintenance man to check things out. I was a little shocked that no apologies or any kind of discount was offered for all of the inconveniences. Breakfast was a lot to be desired. We ended up leaving the hotel and going to a resturant for a hot breakfast. I think our experience could have been a lot better if we would of been In the front building with the nicer and newer rooms. Not sure that I would recommend this hotel or stay here again myself.

Cons: The hair dryer blew up (and the whole room filled with smoke) while my GF was getting ready to go out, this delayed us a lot. No maintenance came until I went downstairs and made sure I did not came up without someone. (one of the guys did not have his radio, other was on break). There was only one elevator working in my tower, which was turned off for almost the entire wednesday for a contractor to work on. (I left on the wednesday morning, though). The maids and employees were using the same elevator as us, which would get full easily because of cleaning supplies and bags from guests. Also, styre foam would get inside the room through the door bottom from the construction. There was no butter for the waffles in the breakfast buffet. BUT, it was cheap, I had a great time and my wife too! Thanks!

Pros: I am not sure why I have read any negative reviews regarding this place. Our experience was great and you simply can’t beat the excellent accommodations with spacious rooms for this price. While this resort offers timeshares, we were NEVER harassed or annoyed by any staff regarding this at any point. We were treated excellent for our entire stay and all staff did an extraordinary job making our stay awesome. Yes, the property is large but you can contact or wave down a complimentary resort shuttle any time you want. Our room was HUGE, and I was completely satisfied our entire trip. The place is very well cleaned and maintained. Staff is highly responsive to any request. Will definitely be staying again when traveling to Orlando. Highly recommended!

The above items are fairly minor. The main detractor in this hotel was the "Tour" staff. Upon check in, we were told that we had to leave a $20 deposit on our credit card to hold our place at a free breakfast. At the free breakfast, there would be a 60 minute presentation about the hotel then for sitting through it we were to receive a $75 discount. Well, the first day of our stay we showed up to the tour desk at our allotted time only to have to reschedule for the next day after waiting a half an hour. The next day. we showed up 15 minutes early and were kept waiting for over 45 minutes while tour staff rudely questioned us in a berating manner about our marital status, our employment (my boyfriend is self-employed) and our income level. They copied our identification then kept us waiting 20 more minutes until I explained that we had to leave as we were now running late for a convention. We were then told that the presentation was going to take another hour not including breakfast. We then decided to get our $20 deposit back as well as the copy of our ids. The salesman said he could quickly go through the presentation then asked for our company names, addresses, employment history and telephone numbers so they could call to verify employment as he had 20 state offices he had to report to. We then reiterated that we just wanted our deposit back. He gave us a voucher to receive our deposit but we had to insist several times that we wanted the copy of our ids back as well. He finally ripped the application in half and shoved us the portion with our ids on it at us. Needless to say, we never did have breakfast.

Cons: The restaurant at the resort has AWFUL service. It is a smoke house bbq joint with a pizzeria attached to it (that's the first warning sign). On my first night there, I called the Front Desk of the resort and asked to be forwarded to the pizzeria (the pizzeria does not have a direct phone number). It was about 10PM, and I spoke to a nice man on the phone and I ordered my pizza. The paperwork in my hotel room (supplied by the resort) says that the restaurant (both BBQ and Pizza) is open until 11pm, but will only deliver up to 10PM. Therefore, I placed my order in anticipation of picking up my food. When I got to the pizzeria at 10:30, the manager tells me she never saw my order. She then proceeds to tell me the ovens are shut down so she can't make a pizza, and she won't turn them back on. Then, she offers me a pepperoni pie that a customer forgot 4 hours ago for full price. I was like "Whatever" because I was starving, and she goes to retrieve the pizza, only to come back with a basket of bread and says "we threw the pizza out so you can have the leftover bread from the BBQ side of the restaurant." So I left and searched for a McDonalds. On night two, I decided to give the BBQ joint a try. I arrive the BBQ side at around 7pm, and there is no host, nor anybody waiting for tables. A host magically appears from nowhere, and asked how many guests in my party. I reply "two". She says one moment, and disappears into the restaurant. She comes back and tells me there a 15 minute wait, but I can sit at the bar if I'd like. So I go to the bar, which faces the sit-down side of the restaurant. The place is EMPTY. I could literally count the number of guests at tables on one hand. After about 10 minutes, I go back to the host and ask for an update. She replies that it is going to be an ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES TO THE WAIT. At that point I left; this restaurant doesn't know how to resturaunt. The main lobby of the resort pushes this restaurant hard on its guests. The food might be good (I have no idea), but twice I've tried to give them money to eat, and twice they turn down my requests. I did not like the Free Breakfast to lure me into trying to sell me a timeshare. If I wanted to buy a timeshare, I would have asked them about buying one. The grounds were kind of messy. I noticed garbage around the entire facility that never was picked up during my stay which was 3 days (beer cans, wrappers, solo cups, etc.). The room wasn't super clean. It wasn't messy, however minor little things went overlooked by the cleaning staff.

After a rain, a large (1"+ deep) pool of water collected at the base of that very stairwell and remained throughout the duration of our stay. Not exactly a place I'd want to become an "owner."

Pros: Me and my boyfriend suddenly decided to take a trip to Orlando. We had never been to Universal Studios, and Westgate lakes seemed like the best option. It was really cheap, there were good amenities (pools , mini golf, restaurant), and there is a shuttle to Disney and universal every morning. We booked a studio villa and it was nice! We requested a remodeled/ waterfront room (we highly recommend this, otherwise you could be in the middle of construction or facing a highway). We got a bottom floor villa and it was a standard room with a kitchenette, king size bed, flat screen tv, shower and a jetted tub. And best of all it had and amazing view!
Cons: First of all, this hotel looks like someone once invested a lot of money into it, but then ran out of money because it outgrew itself. There are so many units and the whole resort is massive. I think if they had more money it could be a 4/5 star resort. We did have some issues with ants, but that's expected on a bottom floor unit. THEY ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION. I just want to make sure everyone knows this because even after reading reviews I somehow didn't know that. That's probably my bad but I just want everyone to be aware of this before booking while they are under construction. Obviously things are more hectic and awkward because of renovations and road blocks. It once took us 20 minutes to drive from our unit to the lobby. But other than that, this is perfect for people looking for the resort experience on a budget. We had a fantastic time just spending time on the resort. They even deliver pizza. That's aweomse.

Pros: It’s big and beautiful. It reminds me of an apartment complex. The pools are heated and they have jacuzzis in and outside of your room. The staff is more friendly than the cast members at Disney. We really injoyed most of our stay.
Cons: As soon as we arrive to the resort my wife and I were hounded to come to a seminar to talk about joining the resorts special club and joining a travelers club. We only went for the prizes but they ended up using two of my vacation days for information we told them we didn’t want. So if you decide to go. Manager offered absolutely no discount for having to wait an extra 12 hours for the room. The room we got had dirty bathrooms with hairs in the bathroom shower, stained towels, and dead flies in the jacuuzi. Obviously whoever cleaned this didn't do a good job. How this place is rated so well I don't know but I definitely will not be staying again!

We returned an hour later and were assigned a room with no sofa bed when I made the request on the booking and at the front desk. After informing the front desk, they told me I was wrong and they will send someone. A staff arrived and confirmed we did not have a sofa bed. I called the front desk back and they said they will see what they can do. After waiting another 20 mins, they gave us another room. When we move to the other room, there was no parking and the AC in the room was not working too well. This has now been over an hour since we checked in. I requested to cancel my reservation and a full refund. They informed me that I had to contact Kayak for that request. I was on the phone with Kayak for over 20 mins and they had to contact the hotel to request authorization. After two hours, the reservation was canceled and now it was close to midnight and I had to find another place to stay. You get what you pay for.....

We were promised it would last no longer than one hour but we were there for three. Parking to check in was a hassle. Not near enough spaces. Who wants to spend time in the "resort" atmosphere there when there are so many theme parks nearby. We also went to a separate vacation value presentation and tried to tell Carlos (an upper level manager hoping to close the deal) unless the offer was open ended we were uninterested at the moment. But he cut us off and said, "let me finished." So we let him explain and again said this wasn't for us. He hurriedly and rudely signed us out and was visibly pissed we didn't take his offer. Please don't stay here and waste your hard earned money on a timeshare that you'll end up paying 1.5 times more in interest. The interest rate is 17.99%. You wouldn't buy a house with that interest rate. Why buy a timeshare for that amount that you'll visit a month or less each year?

Pros: It was very central for everything we wanted to see and do in Orlando with the I Ride Trolley and Lynx bus stops directly outside the hotel. The lady who provided maid service was very nice and helpful. The waiter in the restaurant was very friendly.
Cons: Did not like the fact that they deducted $50 from my mastercard cash passport card on checking in (which we did not spend any of ) and when we checked out we assumed the $50 dollars would be put back immediately but they informed us that this will take 7 - 10 days, this seems very unfair as the amount was deducted instantly and should be put back instantly and we were not informed of this either when we booked or on checking in that this would take so long to be repaid. Also they advertise a free shuttle to theme parks which was one of the reasons we went there, at first we could not get on to this shuttle then we did get on it but it very rarely arrived on time and was very disorganised. The decor of the room was poor and the tower block that we were in was very dated. The staff on the reception desk were not very helpful or friendly.

They allow cars with trailers and moving vans to take up to 8 spaces each, that should never be allowed. Cars parked in all the fire lanes. It was just a mess.

The wait staff was wonderful, even the manager and sous chef visited my table to ensure our meal was satisfactory. Pros: We originally had a room at another hotel, but decided to leave after getting there and learning that it was literally next door to a prison, the neighbors were noisy, and the room itself was not clean. We then booked with DoubleTree that same night and only paid a little bit more for a room much closer to Universal and a whole lot nicer. The staff was very attentive and friendly, plus when we got there, they upgraded our room to a junior suite for free! We're not sure why, but there are certainly no complaints!!! It was so great that I called out of work and we decided to stay an extra day! We are meeting up with friends in the near future in Orlando and we decided that since our last trip was such a good experience that we are going to stay at that DoubleTree again.

Our feet were so filthy we had to clean them before we left and before bed. The crib we got for my son was dirty, old and the matress was super thin. The shower was not clean... pubic hairs in the corners. It seems like they clean but no deep cleaning at all.. i didnt see any roaches in the room like some have mentioned. Pros: This hotel is in a great location. Many stores and restaurants are all within walking distance, including a Starbucks! Right off of international drive so many theme parks and the outlet mall are all right down the road. The rooms were nice but I wish they had carpet floors because I don't think the floors are swept because they're wells sand and dirt everywhere. The beds were full size, when most hotels are usually queen. The first night we were there they didn't turn the lights on outside for our building so we almost fell down the stairs walking in the dark because there isn't an elevator. The 2nd day the battery in our doors key slot died so we couldn't get in our room. The second night the a/c stopped cooling the room. We had drinks at their Gator bar which was nice and relaxing but when we left we had multiple charges from them that we didn't authorize (they fell off a few days later) but that was odd. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool, although the bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper. Over all its a nice hotel but it felt like there were a lot of things that went wrong within our short stay here. The staff was friendly and the location was nice. I might consider staying here in the future again.

She said I do have a king room available if you are willing to stay. So basically they wasted two hours of our vacation telling us they couldn't put us in the room we booked and in the end they put us in the correct room. The new room was nice and spacious the only two things wrong was that there was mold around the toilet and tub. The actual entrance was located on a side road. There were no signs. Then once on the property there were no signs to distinguish the hotel office from the convention center area. And the only other complaint was lack of parking available since the construction was not complete yet.

Cons: This hotel is more in line with a 2 star motel. The building in the picture is misleading as most rooms have exterior corridors which would be fine had the neighborhood been better. There were signs out front advertising “420 delivery.” For those unaware that is drug sales. I was in a black hole for cell phone signal. I was told the internet was down in the entire area only to discover that was a lie and only my building was affected. The air conditioner was a wall unit that sounded as if it was going to take off like an airplane and barely kept the room cool. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Drain in tub not working. No hot water in the shower. No blackout drapes... no curtains at all for that matter. The staff did nothing to resolve any of my issues. I was told to “deal with it.” The only reason I stayed instead of getting another room is the kids fell fast asleep within minutes of arriving at 10pm and we planned to be at the water park the next morning.

Aside from that, rooms were noisy because hotel is right next to the highway. It is a 5-story walk-up with no elevator, so don't bring too much luggage. Rooms and facilities are dingier than they appear online. The place is not horrible, but there are better places to stay in the area in the same price range (especially after adding the resort fee).

Pros: I like the location restaurants Ferris wheel Walmart are all nearby. The price is great beds are very comfortable nice swimming pools staff is great also.

Pros: I liked the location. Decent hotel on International Dr. withing walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Front desk people were very friendly.
Cons: 1. The cleanliness. This hotel was remodeled last year and the bathrooms tiles have a little bit of mold already. Also the floors had dust, not on my room, but my friend was complaining about it. 2. A lady from the staff knocking on all doors on check out day at 9:00 am. When I opened and said good morning all she said was "Check out!" not sure if she was asking me if I was checking out, or if she was telling me to check out. Did not like her tone. Found her very rude.

Pros: Staff response time was extremely good. Poolside grill...didn't eat anything but the smells were wonderful. Option of Starbuck's in lobby area.
Cons: Could hear every other guest if loud at all (which is the case with any hotel/motel/resort). Floors were very dirty/stained...walked in sock feet for only a few minutes and socks were black.
