Please wipe the external mirrors when washing. They are always water spotted and hard to see out of. At had bird droppings on it and it had just been washed - but it wasnt washed well enough to get these all the way off.6.0 Okay

Booked rental online for a one way trip from FL to NJ - tried to use my debit card to pay, but they don't accept it for one way...they do not accept cash either. I missed reading the fine print about this, so be careful or you'll get stranded at MCO if you don't have a major credit card. The employees there deal with bullshit every day I'm sure because they were both grumpy.10.0 Wonderful

Had a car for us when we arrived. We had a reservation and when we arrived you did not have one available, we were put on a waiting list with 7 overs ahead of us. We opted to look elsewhere, found a car available through Priceline with Enterprise. Your representative called us over 3 hours later with availability, this was not acceptable since we had found another option. We flew into Orlando for a funeral so waiting 3 hours was not acceptable. We ended up paying almost triple our original cost but under the circumstances we had no other choice. Even though we had not paid for the rental with Hertz, I feel some compensation should have been offered for our inconvenience.2.0 Poor

Rented 1 month earlier and shuttles took you to off property rental lot, this time we waited over an hour before finally finding out they are now on property. Definitely should have been told about this before our arrival. If I return late I'm charged but I was not compensated for getting my car late due to not knowing they are on property now.8.0 Very good

Called multiple times to your customer service to report the problem when I had travelled to multiple rental places from your website and all places were sold out even though I had reserved a car on your site.
