The car smelt of stale smoke but was clean. On return, I askled if anything needed to be signed and I was told no. I was then surprised to find the paperwork with my name on it but not my signature.Reviewed 2023 Jul 20

The car I reserved was available and did not have any issues during the rental. Only thing that can be improved on is the call center. I had a question about picking up and what terminal to go to but I called 3 times and followed the prompts and couldn’t reach a real person.Reviewed 2023 Jul 18

I booked a car rental BMW convertible, made a payment through the kayak application, came to pick up the car and it was not available, I was offered to change it for an Audi convertible, which was $70 more expensive and I had to agree to a replacement. when I received the audi car, it had a lot of damage on the left passenger side, upon completion of the lease, one of the scratches that existed when receiving the car was tried to be pinned on me. be careful and make detailed video and photo fixation of the carReviewed 2022 Sep 23

Pros:Never picked up my car. My flight was delayed and when I arrived they were closed and could not get a car. Tried calling and they told me they were out of cars. Horrible . I had to take cabs my whole trip . Never again!Reviewed 2020 Dec 29
