Cons:I traveled for business and processed this reservation online through Kayak with a business card. When I landed at the airport to pick up my rental car, the woman at the counter informed me it was not paid for just "reserved" and they couldn't charge the same card. A rental car for an entire week is A LOT of money to pay when you are under the assumption it is already paid for. This was definitely not communicated clearly in the booking process. I have rented cars several other times at a variety of places and this was not the process previously. When I returned the car to the airport, not a single counter was manned. All counters had signs pointing to each other saying "if no one is at this counter please go to the (insert company name here) counter".....but nobody was there. I finally settled on putting the keys for my National rental in the Enterprise dropbox on the counter because it was the only safe way to return it.Reviewed 2020 Dec 14

Pros:The process was quick and easy. Thank you for that.Cons:The pick up and drop off staff were a little aloof and I did not like how the pick up staff seemed offended that we went through priceline. If they don't want people to use outside vendors then they should not use them. Don't dump that on the customers.Reviewed 2019 Aug 12

Cons:Please wipe the external mirrors when washing. They are always water spotted and hard to see out of. At had bird droppings on it and it had just been washed - but it wasnt washed well enough to get these all the way off.Reviewed 2019 Jan 13
