Budget gave me a Toyota Prius. VERY pleased with this car. I might even buy one after this experience. Getting to parking garage for pick up is very easy and seamless. Need more desk attendants to deal with long line.Reviewed 2023 Sep 29

Did good! Had to change from first car assigned because of tremendous smell of tobacco and vehicle key couldn't be found. Agent at desk was rude. Car was dirty inside and out. Had reserved prior at different location and they called me an hour prior to pick up to say they did not have vehicle. Web availability is not accurate. Was told I need to call each store to verify inventory but the store number gets routed to call center who cannot verify. Company needs new software, better management and the employees will hopefully have a better attitude when they have less issues.Reviewed 2023 Aug 06
