Cons:
- This enterprise was unwilling to pick us up at our location even though we were only around 8 miles away. - The employee did not communicate any information more than she had to. The reservation was in my name, but my boyfriend was going to be the only driver. Since it was on my card, she would not let him be the only driver. We had to pay an additional fee for a second driver even though I was not going to be driving the vehicle. We mentioned this to her and she did not seem to care and said the card had already been run. - We received a vehicle with a tank "slightly under full". It is difficult to know exactly how much gas was in the vehicle upon return.2.0 Poor

Cons:
We booked our car through Enterprise because it was close to the airport. When we called to ask if there was a shuttle to their facility from the airport, they said no, we had to find a way to get there and they were about a half hour away. I stated to them "Your slogan says "We'll pick you up."" They said they don't pick up from the airport. What the heck? Really? So, I cancelled my car rental and rented from Avis in the airport. Enterprise just lost my business.2.0 Poor

Pros:
Mary at the Convention Center worked diligently to get us a car to get out of the Hurricane zone. It was greatly appreciated. A young man "Neal?" at the nearby Enterprise location was an equal partner in the effort. We were able to miss the bulk of the storm and get to Orlando safely.Avis

I was given a better car than I had signed up for, so that was cool, plus a 10% discount for no reason.Cons:
The employee was over an hour and 15 minutes late. There were customers flipping out and at one point when they called the specific number to the location we were picking up at they were told it was closed on Sunday and to go to the airport to get a car. Then, out of the blue the employee walks in, and then acted like it was no big deal. It was very unprofessional of that specific location. That was my main issue. Plus after all was said and done it was $120 more than I had been told in my Kayak bill.Budget

That I eventually got to leave the rental agency 90 minutes after arriving. Proximity to Universal.Cons:
Terrible customer service! After waiting 30 minutes as clerk talked to a colleague, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes for our car to be ready. Only once we asked for a refund did they bring the car around. Car was still dirty, worker refused to acknowledge huge crack on back bumper despite me taking a picture of him standing next to it. Eventually just wrote "minor scratch" on form.8.4 Very good

Rented out of Holiday Inn across from Universal Studios. Easy pick up, no lines, received free upgrade.Cons:
We found the bubblegum smell in the car too strong. It must have been some kind of "refresher". Pine scented or lemon scented would have been better, or even better, no refresher at all. Other than that, our rental was fine.Payless

Cons:
We were told we could leave keys at drop-off location if we showed after our scheduled drop off. The drop off location was a hotel parking lot with not where to drop the keys. Our initial experience with customer service in resolving the issue was not very helpful. We were told we could not change the drop off location. Not until we spoke to a manager was the situation resolved and we were told we could drop off at another location. However, we were forced to take a taxi to our final destination (our original drop off location was walking distance to our hotel).2.0 Poor
