Cons:There were only 3 of us in line, I was the third. There was only one agent working Avis first and Payless as a “side job”. The gentleman was polite and apologetic but the lady in front of us couldn’t get the credit card machine to approve her cc. It took 20 minutes while the rest of us had to wait. Pros:They upgraded me at no charge due to not having cars on lot in my tier.Cons:Payless was connected to Avis but different lines for each; there was no one line for Payless but attendants were all occupied w Avis customers - I had to wait until all Avis customers were attended to so I waited about 10-15 minutes until being attended to - there should be a Payless representative waiting for Payless customers or have one of the Avis representatives waiting on Payless customers or have Payless customers join Avis line.Reviewed 2019 Oct 10
