KAYAK
first they did not accepted the insurance I bought for damage to the cars and they requested to by the insurance from them. Then they tried to give me a tiny car, when I said no I will not take the car, they gave me a different car. Finally, the pick up took like an hour because the cars were not ready to be picked up. Bad experience!

They did not have the SUV I reserved, and insisted I take a pick up truck or a mid-sized sedan! THey took no responsiblity for this error... Also, the deposit for self CDW insurance (over US20K in deposit) was just too unreasonable. Staff not friendly.

Only complaint is customer service and communication. Things were not clear since pick up, when they told us we could pick up at the airport and gave us a total cost, then last minute saying that there was an extra fee for picking up at airport. We decided to pick up at the place in ave shyris and had to wait over 30 minutes for the car to arrive. At drop off the over charge us for not keeping the toll receipts with us when they never asked us to do so. I do not recommend Europcar. They are not clear with their fees and communication is poor.
