Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it

The plane. Airbus A330-200. Comfortable for a 7-hour flight. Seats seemed to have more legroom. I was in row 17. Flight was operated by Delta but was better than expected.

It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.

Put some new and several options for entertainment. Do not be rude to customers and avoid serving them an extra coke or something. We paid 1200 GBP for a return flight.. A noisy, crowded, rude and uncomfortable flight.

Pretty bad. Food was awful. drinks were scarce, as if drinking an extra drink would ruin the airline. attendants were not very helpful. likely Dutch "directedness" (I cannot be bothered). Crammed flight. Entertainment in very minimal dosage. Almost all old movies and series with 1-3 episodes only. Very limited number of options available. Jesus!! it seems you need to bring your own entertainment these days even of flights that are 13 hrs long!! I would and I will avoid in the future!

Quick and efficient as always. Air France managed to loose and damage my luggage that never made it onto my KLM flight.

The flight was again delayed for more then 2 hours with some lousy explanation regarding the reason of the delay. Although the flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, no refreshments were offered (according to EU regulations). Last 4 flights on KLM - always at least 2 hrs late. So be prepared that you cannot plan anything with KLM.

The flight was delayed for 2 hrs. Because they didn’t have a crew to fly. And it is not a first time for klm to do that. Last time they cancelled my filght and rebooked me 3 days later. Not reliable airline

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

Seats are fair enough for medium tall people. Good food all the trip. Fight attendances are warm

It was delay after delay. Kept changing gates too. Not a good experience.

There were delays on both ends. It made it less than excellent. This plane was great though

Delayed almost 4 hours for a 45 minute flight with no explanation.

LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.

No meal on a cross country flight? SFO-MiA is pretty much the definition of a coast to coast flight. No meal provided. Sky high wi-fi rates too. Stop nickel and diming your customers.

Good over all but my flight from. Miami to Barbados the airplane was very dirty like I have never seen before. It looked like that plane hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and I fly about one time a month.

Flight to Phoenix was delayed 1 hour and was not weather related. Flight Denver was delayed 2.5 hours and again was not weather related as the plane came from San Francisco.

Our original flight was delayed and we almost missed our layover. Fortunately they delayed the second flight as well due to the number of people being on both flights so we got lucky. But it was due to mechanical issues which was frustrating.

Apart from changing gates and terminals yet again and almost missing my flight it was ok. Luckily American airlines was delayed once again.

I guess the weather in the UK , but no one has any control over that , was missing a blanket for my knee on the plane though..

I'm not going to travel with that airline again.

I travel on a monthly basis and I’m not a stranger to budget airlines. I never complain about anything, it just about adjusting you expectations to what you paid for and you will get, but these flights (2) with Air Europa Miami - Madrid - Athens were a terrible experience. Both flights had a significant delays and multiple gate changes. At the checking they used a hand scale to weight your carry in, it cannot be more than 10 kg , even it fit on size.Luckily mine was ok . The food was inedible. The staff service was ok, but you can totally tell they do not care about much and show little customer service culture. I think this was my last trip on Air Europa. Actually the price was almost the same than other major airlines, I just took this one because I needed to depart late at night.

Probably will never use this air line again. Rude miserable staff. Uncomfortable seats.

Well, I'm not too happy with the service a flight for 9 hours with only a cup of water or wine. Food only service you one-time I bind flights many different airlines and they make sure that you feel comfortable with the food and drink

i paid accidently for a second bag instead of a golf bag (Eur 40 instead of 50) they would give me credit when i tried to change the second bag from a regular suitcase to a golfbag. The comment was "you made a mistake, your problem"

It was NO entertainment, the screens were not working for anyone. The food was bad in taste, my chicken was hard. The seat in my case didn’t recline. A long and endless flight

Very BAD crew service They ignore at all any call for service . Very rude from the check in process to all the tripularion members in the fight .

The flight, the staff and the airplane were all fantastic. I highly recommend.

Boarding, crew and flight were very smooth and efficient. It was a bit difficult to understand the announcements on board, but it is a minor thing. What was quite bad was the very long time it took to retrieve the luggage at the Frankfurt airport.

Service on plane was appalling. Cabin crew did not want to help with anything. Window darkening screen did not work so we had to sit in the sun for a few hours until it went down. TV screen did not work and cabin crew just shrugged their shoulders and did not care. We waited for over 2 hours for headphones so we could try watch one screen between 2 people. We had to go to back of plane to request basic water as crew never responded to call request. Will be letting many others know to warn them off ever using Air Europa. Total disaster of their own making

It was not assigned a seat to me. I was not able to aboard. I lost all other connections..

No entertainment and WiFi for a 13 hour flight is outrageous. Old plane. Broken seats and toilet of order. To have to pay for food and a blanket under those conditions is ridiculous. We are never flying with Level or Iberia ever again.

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

My trip with Iberia was an absolute nightmare! We arrived at the airport excited for our trip, only to be told our carry-on would be checked for free due to a full flight. Then, they couldn't even print our boarding passes for the connecting flight! The mad dash through security and the train left us breathless, only to be met with confusion at the gate - apparently, they "lost" us in the system and boarded the plane without us, luggage and all! Stuck in Madrid with nothing but the clothes on our backs, we were promised our bags would magically appear at our final destination. Shockingly, they didn't. The next day, we flew home with nothing but frustration and a lingering question: where were our suitcases? Even worse, this ordeal seems to be all too common for Iberia passengers! The hotel staff, used to dealing with stranded Iberia customers, shared stories of countless passengers facing similar luggage nightmares. This whole experience left me feeling stranded, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied with Iberia's service.

When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.

Yeah you have time and can sit around for a while to be okay for you but if you planned on getting connected flights I recommend not to fly with this Airline it's best they for flying out of the country

Iberia was the worst airline we have ever flown. First, Iberia changed the seats I paid $98 extra for. In doing that they moved only my seat 30 rows away from my wife. I had to call to get another pair of seats together and were placed in row 52. Then, when we checked in our seats were changed again to row 29. The food was almost inedible and the videos available on the flight were few and not very good. I paid extra for my seats and have not received a refund. The American Airlines flight was excellent and the food and videos were good.

When our first flight was late, meaning we missed our flight to Madrid that day, American rescheduled us for the next flight the next day, gave vouchers for meals and hotel, and lounge access.

Some crew were very helpful. Could be better food choices. Should be more leg room even in economy.
