Pick-up was a nightmare, and we ended up with a lot of extra, unintended charges. Do not take the offer of the gasoline service (described to us as 'no extra charges on top of regular fuel prices; we're the only company that offers this, and it is for customer convenience'). Also, if they offer you anything at all that appears even slightly different from your original purchase, decline immediately... they never mentioned 'upgrade', 'extra charge', or 'would you like...'; they simply said 'here's this newer car we're giving you' and BAM I got an exorbitant upgrade charge on my bill that nearly doubled the original total!Reviewed 2021 Oct 21

Pros:Very nice customer service at airport.Cons:The price jumped up to double what we originally rented it online for because they added the top insurance on the car. Because of this reason we will not rent again with Sixt. We had a Fiat 500 for one week and paid over 1000 euros when the price we agreed on was a little over $500 when we booked it in the US.Reviewed 2020 Jan 04
