Pros:The staff was very friendly and efficient. They offered another car as an option so I wouldn’t have to wait. Even though I didn’t take that option my car arrives quite quickly anyway. My rental car was a mini copper countryman and it was fantastic.Cons:Nothing.Reviewed 2019 Mar 03

Pros:The staff was super helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Car was clean and in good shape. Pros:The value for what I got out of the car and its reliability over a 1,400 mile trip (for only $200) was second to none. Eric was very nice, even let me hold my stuff there so I could check out the pier for a half hour. No complaints whatsoever. I was actually feeling apprehensive because of all the bad reviews, but maybe some people are just more picky than others. I was very happy with my experience.Reviewed 2017 Mar 26
