They gave me a Kia instead of a Corrolla. Very high milage for a rental(54,000) and the tires were not to standard. It snowed and i was slidding left and right.Reviewed 2023 Mar 12

I ordered a Toyota Corolla on line. When I got my confirmation that is what it said. I arrived at the location and even though the people were nice and friendly. There were two guys behind the counter and two customers waiting for help for some time. They said they would be right with us but it was too long to be working on something else with people in front of you. Then they tried to give me a Kia Soul. I hate that car and I has requested a Toyota and got confirmation of it. I saw two other Toyotas there so I wondered why they were trying to pawn this junk off. They tried to give it to another lady too. Finally they got my papers started on the Toyota but said I had to wait while they cleaned it. I did but when I got it, the car was disgusting dirty and smelled so bad of smoke. Which I’m allergic to. So the whole time I had the car I had a headache and sinus issue. I cleaned the interior myself to try to rid the smell but it barely helped. I took it back early and the service was hurried and not super great. But the guy who drove me to my destination was super friendly and kind.Reviewed 2022 Mar 24

It was a nice clean car but it didn't have a block heater or winter tires in Edmonton, Alberta, in December. The office was closed when we went to return the car but they didn't warm us they would have limited hours the date of our return. Luckily, the self serve return went relatively smoothly.Reviewed 2022 Jan 10

Attendant at pick up was not very welcoming. Was surprised that we had to pay an extra fee for my spouse to drive the car. Since we share family insurance, this does not seem to make sense. For this reason we will not rent from this agency again.Reviewed 2021 Oct 28
