Left stranded outside their office in a rain stormCons:After I parked my car and it tempted to enter their office I saw that it was closed. They did not tell me or give me any warning that they close their doors and stopped their shuttle to the airport at 6 PM!! I was less left stranded as a rain storm started bucketing down. I had my little dog with me and all my luggage where was I going to go? I drag myself across the road to the nearest motel and asked for help . They were at least kind enough to call me a cab. I'll be sending the bill to driving force. Shame on driving force!Reviewed 2017 Aug 14

Great service, vehicle better then expextedPros:It was pretty much the lowest priced rental I could find. Booked a Chev Spark or equivalent, got a Subaru Impreza, definitely a step or 2 up. Prompt pickup from airport. Girl at service counter didn’t try to load me up with extras to jack up the price. Just a good deal, local company, recommended.Cons:No 24hr 800 number if you remember in the middle of the night to call and confirm your reservation. If you return car after hours, you have to go to neighbouring hotel to get shuttle bus to airport, which could be a concern if there were mobility issues or lots of baggage. But it’s a better deal than airport terminal rental if you can deal with these minor inconveniences.Reviewed 2018 Jul 28

Great rental, efficient and courteous servicePros:Shuttle service was prompt and very helpful. Rental was great, fantastic for 2 kids in car seats.Cons:I was charged a full days additional rate without being told why.
