My only complaint is the difficulty of finding the location. Your location description needs to include an obvious reference to the fact that it is inside a large shopping mall. It needs to offer specific direction about where to enter the mall and the specific location of where the Thrifty/Hertz store is.Reviewed 2024 Jul 25

Our reservation price did not match what Thrifty had. Took 30 minutes to straighten out. Agent was very nice. We also had to wait 30 minutes in line because although there were 8 counters, there were only 2 agents. We were very tired and had wished things had gone more smoothly & a little faster. Kayak offered rentals that are not available in my city. The closest location is 60 to 90 min away. So when I went to pick up the 2, 15 passenger vans my husband and I reserved for a big sports trip THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE.Reviewed 2024 Jul 23

the car was ok, but there was wear and tear damage that i did not want to be blamed for nor charged for, so there was extra time needed for check out. on return, there was no one greeting the cars and only after waiting for about 10 minutes did I see a sign saying one should note the mileage and fuel, but there was no quick/easy way to find the odometer setting on the car, and how would I note the mileage without a pen if I did find the setting?Reviewed 2024 Jul 23
