Never recieved the car. When I got to the location, I was told no vehicle is available and they can't do anything about it. Called thrifty, they said they can't do anything because rental was booked through Kayak. Called carrental.com, they asked to email them. Had to cancel plans with the family visiting from out of state. Haven't gotten any reply regarding refund yet. Whole experience was a nightmare.Reviewed 2024 Apr 19

Customer service representative was very helpful and assisted with what could have been a difficult transaction. No vehicles were available at first even though we had a reservation, but she made sure we were taken care of quickly.Reviewed 2024 Apr 17

The day that I arrived there was a shortage of cars at Thrifty, which caused a significant delay for everyone getting their rentals. This was due to an earlier weeks earthquake in New York. Although this was dissapointing as I could not leave for my destination until I received my car, but I have to applaud Thrify employees for keeping good attitude and taking the time to explain to everyone why there is a delay, and that they are doing everything they can to get us out of there. i wouldn’t never recommend them……our fly got delay in miami 2 hours we were scheduled to land in lima at 8:30pm we got there close to 11pm they told us my reservation got canceled since i didn’t show up at 8 like i was suppose to be nothing i couldnt done in my power………..they offered the same car whit a higher priceReviewed 2024 Apr 12
